ARC MINERALS TRANSACTION UPDATE?

Further to the ASX announcements on 25 March 2021 and 24 May 2021, ? Kopore Metals Limited (“Kopore” or “Company”) advises that the Company ? and AIM listed ARC Minerals Limited are well advanced on the definitive? agreements relating to the sale of 75% of the issued capital in the Company’s ? wholly owned subsidiary company, Alvis-Crest (Proprietary) Limited, the ? owner of two prospecting licences in the Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana? (“Transaction”). ?

As announced on 24 May 2021, the Company and ARC Minerals Limited had ? agreed the conditions precedent to the Transaction were to be satisfied by 23 ? June 2021 (being extended from 60 days as announced on 25 March 2021), ? however it has been mutually agreed to extend this date to 23 July 2021 in ? order to facilitate the finalisation of the shareholders agreement and royalty ? agreement.?

Is there any indications on what asset/mine will be acquired or what direction the company will take?

As per NvS on the CC, he clearly states July 14th.

Why 7% surge today? It's been stagnet around the 5.5p mark for awhile.

I did further searches on LinkedIn. They have 22 staff and have some been with the company for several years in Zambia. Seems another addition to an existing presence.

Good investigative find. Another indicator a deal is coming...

This is a big puzzle for me. Giving up something that's in their personal interest. Why and what was offered instead...
