-Very happy with drilling at Fwiji, going deeper than have ever gone before, core beginning to come out. A lot of work has gone into this programme, these are targets of interest to other parties as well

-Even with summer slow very busy with external party talks, another meeting with AAL last week and ‘heaps of interest’ being shown by a number of other potential partners

I have received clarity from a legal source close to the company.

I questioned if the law suit has any merit or a leg to stand on and was advised.

It is notable that J Robbins is proceeding with its purported claim without the support of any solicitor or legal adviser, despite the wide availability of contingent and third party litigation funding. The company and its advisers consider this to be a strong indication that the claim has been refused funding due to its hopeless prospects of succeeding."

Seem's more parasites trying to earn quick buck from a company that will likely be taken over within the next year. End of discussion for me.

Can they stop being stingy and throw $1b our way for the sake of their future growth. Not much to ask for!

Applictions from whom?

I did more research on Zambia copper mining and the “Big Five” are Barrick’s Lumwana, FQM’s Kansanshi, FQM’s Sentinel, Glencore/FQM’s Mopani, and Vedanta’s Konkola Copper Mine. These mines are world class and account for over 80% of Zambia’s annual copper production.

FQM has a huge presence in Zambia, way beyond anyone else and not just Sentinel mine our neighbour. If Arc is on anyones radar for a takeover you would think it would be them.

The question is not if we will be taken over but when.

My option has always been that First Quantum is the most logical choice, seeing how sentinel is our neighbour and the have all the infrastructure and operations in place already. There life of mine is over in a several years.

They should be doing all they can to secure Arcs assets. Cash rich to not as big as AA, Rio or BHP thus less bureaucracy.

Always liked the word half wit.

Virgo Project
As announced to ASX on 25 March 2021, the Company has entered into a binding term sheet to assist with ongoing exploration at the Company’s Virgo Project in the Republic of Botswana (Transaction).

On 26 July 2021, the Company announced that definitive binding transaction documents had been executed with ARC Minerals. Closing is expected shortly following receipt of Ministerial approval in Botswana.

The material terms of the Transaction are as follows:
o ARC to issue £1.2 million in ARC shares valued at a 10 trading day volume weighted average price ("Arc Shares") to Kopore in consideration for the purchase of 75% of the issued capital of Alvis.

o ARC retains an option to acquire the remaining 25% of Alvis for
consideration of US$5 million. The option is valid until a Final Investment Decision (“FID”) is reached by Arc and the option consideration is payable
in cash or ARC Shares (or a combination of the two) at the election of ARC.

o ARC is responsible for sole funding Alvis up to FID, ensuring that Kopore’s remaining 25% interest in Alvis is not diluted in this period.

o ARC will spend an average of a minimum of US$200,000 per year on exploration drilling and resources definition on the Licences over any rolling three year period prior to FID.

o Kopore will receive a 1% net smelter royalty over the Virgo Project, capped at a maximum of US$30 million. ARC has the option to purchase the royalty for US$5 million anytime up to FID, on terms to be included in a royalty
agreement.

In all seriousness, if someone who can explain this well should get an email to Arc.

Personally, I would like to think its positive for LTH's, but would really like to see the SP higher than it is now so Kopore get fewer shares. Hopefully, we will have some awesome drill assays before the approval from the Botswanian Gov, and dare I say it closing of the deal with AA??

This is definitely for someone who is a LTH, we still have our existing assets which there is considerable work left to do, nevermind now working the KCB asset to.

Let's spoil the party for Kopore and get some amazing assays results or the AA deal done to get the SP higher.

VIRGO KEY TRANSACTION DOCUMENTATION COMPLETE
Kopore Metals Limited (“Kopore” or “Company”) is pleased to advise that it has now executed a binding shareholders agreement and royalty deed with ARC Minerals Limited (AIM:ARCM) (ARC).

The entry into the agreements were key conditions precedent to the transaction announced on 25 March 2021 when the Company signed a binding term sheet with ARC scheduled to take place shortly following receipt of Ministerial approval in Botswana, which is now required to be obtained on or before 23 September 2021 (as per an extension agreed between the
parties), and is otherwise subject to the satisfaction of customary administrative conditions prior to closing. The process of obtaining Ministerial approval has been commenced and is anticipated to be completed within 4-6
weeks.

Upon closing ARC will issue the Company £1.2 million in ARC shares (based on a 10 day VWAP of ARC shares prior to closing) in consideration for a 75%
