On DNGM review License application fee was requested and then paid. Payment taken 18-06-2021, value 100,000 XOF

Mining License issued after government approval 05-11-2021.

If the DMS only requires DNGM sign off, could we see a change notification approval within 3 weeks of submitting?

The Mega Miners need ground.... they just need to come to KOD.

I personally have no interest in going over to the PREM board just to wind up and frustrate the forum posters. I hope all the PI’s make money; it is great when the small fish win. Would I prefer the PREM SP, Yes, I would. Enough on PREM.

I can't see it being cost effective for Leo to run their raw ore through a KOD DMS, but I do see it cost effective to run the DMS concentrate through the floatation at Goulamina, then load for export from a single point.

I think the syno route will be on the back burner as they have already stated that DRA is looking to engineer / supervise construction for the DMS, with input from Oreology. (All in the last RNS).

Middle of 2021 and end of 2024 without looking, I would have to check back through the news bulletins, it could be a wider gap.

Building a module DMS plant will require locatio nof equipment with interlinking control and power supplies, 12-15 months.

A whole processing plant will take a lot longer. What is the time line for that? 24mths? It looks like Zimbabwe's export rule really does affect the export of Lithium.

I think they had a MOU with Mali Lithium for development, whether or not this is still in place, I have no idea.

Lav, I'm thinking that it must be cheaper to transport as much as possible over the shortest distance. The DMS will produce 67% pure, transport by road to Goulamina (Guestimate 45km-50KM), final process up 80+%. Bougouni West sits inbetween Leo and Kod and is circa 25km from Goulamina. The whole land area is massive and it doesn't seem feasible to continue building multi-million Dollar facilities when you can have one central floatation plant.

KOD need to keep their options open and will have both Floatation and DMS approved.

LAV, I'm just impatient. haha. I have looked at the Mali Lithium/Firefinch/Leolithium journey, sometimes I feel we are 2 years behind them. If/ when the C-notification is closed out and funding "finalised" I believe we could accelerate quickly with the frustrations becoming a distant memory. it could also all go very slow and very wrong.

We are always due news at any minute. It depends on when KOD/ Bernie want to relaease it.
