Laverda, I don't think they are immediately short of funds. I think that as long as this keeps moving to the right, and the extra engineering studies grow/ potential government fees, the money pot will run low. On average we have a placing every year around march. If funds are not secured I expect another placing to cover running costs.

Out of intrerest all new Operation Permits where issued within 2-7 months of application. Hopefully any KOD amendment can be passed through the system in a more efficient manner, and without Prime Ministers Decree.
