The exploration License PR 2278/20 expires 21-01-2023, there has to be an update before then to show the companies intentions for continuing exploration works at that location. It looks to be Bougouni west location.

It is closer than when Kod started many years ago....maybe 6.... down to months, possibly weeks or days. Intraday RNS announcing suspension would be a nice start.

KOD hasn't changed, when it does the value will go up or down depending on the news. The fluctuations have been the same throughout the process.

I have grabbed another 1,919,218 shares, I was going to aim for lower then thought this is too good to be true.

Monday is always RED for Kod.

I'm waiting for it to drop lower before topping, around 0.24p or less.

They did recently cover themselves in case of a buy out:

"In the event of a change of control of the Company or a sale of greater than 80% of the interest in the Project, then all Share Options relating to the financing or permitting hurdle vest immediately, and subsequent options relating to production vest at 50% due to the removal of this opportunity. The value of any proposed sale of the Project must have a nominal share value of greater than £0.0038 for the Share Options to vest."

Do it whilst the price is cheap as once the License is reissued, funding will follow and this should climb.

The design and license change costs money, I can't see KOD taking this route without have financial securities in place. I.e money issued on license approval.

Steve is visiting Mali this month (He said next month at Septs AGM). Hopefully he will push th license application, if possible.

I thought he was reappointed as Director and not Operations Director.

Also clarified his position with Canyon.

My opinion is that the finance is provisionally secured indirectly with Kanglongda and the final piece of the jigsaw will be the amendment. Bernard and Steve have a firm plan, they don’t seem panicked or concerned. The news releases in China would indicate that the DMS Plant has been on the table since June, at least, and the Construction value has been known since then or before. Kanglongda want the Lithium and are big enough to soak up the cost of construction. Once the amendment is approved by the Mali government I can see construction moving fast.

Already submitted, they expect it to be issued a lot quicker than original license as it an amendment. Expectation before the end of this year.
