Project's that matter to Africa at the expense of small shareholders. It would have been nice to be offered to participate as someone who has held the stock through 2 suspension. Sadly my paper profit is now a loss 15% ... My heart goes out to those who bought shortly before suspension. It's not the first time that Directors have participated on the cheap but then our share price did appreciate and therefore I've decided not to sell. Our assets prospects are still excellent and if we drop towards 7p I'll likely add some more in the coming days. If I sell now it will be an emotional decision which are usually wrong in my case.

Hope we remain suspended for at least another year. I'd rather relist once we have clarity on S Sudan, Niger developments, Nigeria continued growth and renewables progressing. We relist tomorrow we'd be down significantly.

At least Wildcat is listed rather than some sham company with it's office in a UPS in downtown New York shopping mall. Mr Kroupeev was a big share holder in Sterling Energy so I looked at him back then. He's comfortable doing business in difficult jurisdictions. He'll have access to capital. He's like Zenith CEO only more successful. Whether this is leverage to negotiate a better deal for Kiir, a promo push Wildcat for a placing or a creditable offer with strategic funds. Kiir will do what's best for him not development of his resources.

Given recent developments I'm actually quite relieved we are suspended. Even our normal posters are quiet. It's been a long drawn out affair.

Enjoy reading everyone's posts over the years here ...... there's no bulletin board as good as this one. I've got plenty of skin in the game approximately 25% of my total investments are in SAVE. I still have my doubts the South Sudan will go ahead. However I wonder whether they will announce abandonment of South Sudan but the RTO of a different divested asset of Petronas/ or another Major and continue suspension of the shares? I'm in no hurry for us to begin trading as I think we'll take a large drop .....I've no idea maybe as much as 50%

Slightly concerned about Kiir visit to Russia. I've read Russian translation of their statements on energy and potential funding of refinery. Of course Caltech announcement ...and then it's withdrawal and SSudan closer alignment with a sanctioned country must be a fluke or mere coincidence. Also multiple sackings in recent weeks in Kiir's government. Weirdly I still want the deal to close but it's a massive and risky step. 8 weeks and counting....

Enjoy reading the posts (silent) these last few years and this forum has some of the most astute observations. I have plenty of skin in this game.

I'm surprised they didn't do the announcement at the shopping mall .... specifically at the UPS branch where the company is registered.....it would have been a short drive. I'm sure Mo Malik...Malique maybe he has an alias cos his LinkedIn and website bio seems different. Where's the money coming from I've no idea but doing business this way will I'm sure see Kiir benefit rather than his people and that's why I'll tip my Black Stetson to AK and sell my stock as soon as I can.

I'm totally in agreement. My view is that Savannah have the expertise and pedigree to really make a difference to some of the poorest countries in the world. Nigeria does function despite wide spread corruption. Even if u do business in more stable countries there are still problems with getting paid. I'm a shareholder of Zenith so forgive my jaundiced view point.
