The last Broker note from Turner Pope put the value at 0.095, but that was before the increase in resource, uplift to indicated and Mets report part 1. My best guess is that given a level playing field we should have broken through the tenth of a penny by now.
However, it's not level and it's not regulated, so we are where we are.
Best to ask yourself what would the asset sell for if a major group made an offer. £160 m is equal to about one penny a share.
