I believe that EUZ has packaged Toral up into a wholly owned subsidiary company called Goldquest. Itsx goldquest that will be sold to a buyer and after the sale EUZ may well cease.trading having achieved a realistic valuation of the Toral asset for shareholders.

That's the first sell on NEX since the 17th of February by the way.

Bricks, if a broker had made such an error, wouldn't they be legally bound to disclose the error to the market ?

I think until I can answer my own question the best course of action is to hold and wait.

10 bagger. I am as keen as every other shareholder to see this share succeed. The truth as I see it is though, if EUZ is sold to a major mining company for a fair valuation then we are all rich. Until this happens Toral remains a project, albeit a project with huge potential
What I cant reconcile is the more the project is derisked and proven and the greater the potential rewards become, the lower the share price drops.

You could be right Andy, but as Laurence Read said himself on Friday with the news that has been announced so far and the the news that is about to come, I can't understand why anyone would be selling EUZ shares right now.

Many posters on this forum suggest that a sale value of 0.8 or 0.9 is realistic. I don't think they are wrong. £140mill would seem to be achievable but time will tell.

By the end of this month hopefully, but definitely by the end of March if the BOD decide to announce the results in tandem with the assays.

Could someone please share with me what the brokers gain from keeping the SP so low. How do they gain ?

Bobby, I was only quoting what had already been stated on this BB by others why are you in such a hurry to see this asset given away.

I heard that EUZ have spent over £40m developing the Toral project to this point. I cant imagine it being sold at breakeven.

5 to 10% of the value of the metal in the ground would be the going rate. We have £2.8 billion in the ground. 5% is £140m. 10% is £280m.
I dont think people appreciate just how big this asset is.
