Hi Jedster, the board are following a program that will take 12 to 18 months to complete a PFS. Once this is completed the board will enter into funding agreements with investment banks to secure the $79 million required to begin mining production. In my opinion another raise will be required before the PFS is finished and I feel a lot of investors are of the same mind, which is why people are waiting and the share is flat.
I do believe it will all come good in the end and as always if you believe in the asset then buy in the dips.

Bobby, I think the price will rise dramatically the closed we get to the completion of the PFS. About 18 months away but great if its sooner.

Hi Shed, I agree. What I took away from the AGM is that this is now an 18 month to 2 year slow burn. There will be some great buying opportunities as the MMs shake the tree from time to time and ultimately most LTH will be able to cash in with a healthy profit, maybe even one or two lifechanging amounts.

Can anyone tell me when the assay results are expected to be announced please. I thought they were due at the end of November.

Are there any mining experts on this board with knowledge of Pre Feasibility studies. The AGM yesterday informed me that ours would take 12 to 18 months to complete, but a quick internet search on mining gave me a much shorter time scale. Is 12 - 18 months usual ?

Hi Grappa. Nothing bad. The PFS will take 12 to 18 months to complete. Once done we can secure funding for Capex from the banks to move into production.

Let's not lose sight of the objective. The Toral mine will be worth around £375 million . Ok, it will take 12 to 18 months before we can put it into production, but it will be wholly owned. Now that is worth investing in.

I agree with you. No funding on Capex until the PFS is finished and at that point we will be talking to the banks to arrange funding to go into mining production.
We are 12 to 18 months away from that point and I know the SP will drop. That's ok by me as It will help me increase my holding, I can play the long game.

I thought Dr Kirby gave us an insight into where the Capex money is going to come from. I know feel confident that the intention is to take this to mine ourselves.

Trade, the AGM is by Zoom, so it's a virtual meeting. I have already sent a proxy voting form voting against all the resolutions for additional share options, but I have also emailed to explain that I will be delighted to alter my position if substantial positive news is announced before the 30th of November.

Agreed D, the news between now and the 30th will have to be very positive for this to make sense. In my world I am rewarded for hitting or exceeding targets.

Are there any thoughts on the resolutions put forward at the upcoming AGM. As you know , the board are looking for additional share options in addition to those already awarded in July.

Shed, many people are waiting for confirmation of the exploration licence renewal. There won't be much progress without it.

Hi Shed. I took profit from Alba today and used the proceeds to buy more EUZ while they are still at 10p. I don't think they will stay here for long and investing in ALBA has allowed me to level off the impact of the recent EUZ placing.

Bobby, I think the Alba placing today was for 472 million shares.

I dont think the jewellery business is in any way connected to the mine.
