Future is always up for grabs. Extrapolation of the past is usually pointless. Optimistic about this year.

Some blinkers on here about this. Why so negative?
A rights issue for PMO would be good for RKH and bad for PMO shareholders. Whats wrong with that?
Buying cash flow with a rights issue makes PMO debt more comfortable versus cash flow/repayment schedule.
Enables easier decision to sanction Sea Lion which looks like what PMO want to do.
I'm with Nigoil on this one!

They either don't do it, or better still, are successful bidders backed by a rights issue.

Wonderful if they do it with a rights issue - no extra debt but loads more cash flow so they can sleep easy and sanction Sea Lion.

From our point of view a PMO rights issue is just what the doctor ordered and this would give them an excuse.
Obvious really, we'd all do the same if we were Premier CFO.

Stupendous for RKH. RKH price reaction is madness of course - but no change there.

Despite the price relatives to a few weeks ago, the movement yesterday and today is encouraging, especially.with oil price below 65 and not much changed.
Its all about progress in the background re funding. We've not been told what's happening, but these things seem to take months as lenders do their due diligence from, it seems, all the way back at the start line.

carrot - you might have missed the point. They are very serious folk who have directed management resource, and in the last couple of months some money, at this so they have to have their own view as to likelihood of that being worthwhile.
Any way (a bit)more will be revealed tomorrow so we'll see!

But its vendor financing from an outfit that is really an industry insider, and wouldn't mess around with time wasters. they will have sunk project costs into this by now.

Even with all the cynicism about RKH, most of which I share, the share price has behaving very peculiarly in recent days all things considered.
It may, I think, have been suffering backwash from the goings on at Sirius. Sirius is another single site resource stock which would be wonderful if it works but announced today an increased estimate for construction costs of its mine and a possible capital raise. Some common shareholders, sentiment associations etc.
If that's it then most likely a passing phase.

Anyone know H1 results date?

Assume Demichelis, a sa small investment banker, just 'has' a potential client who might want to pick up the pieces if Premier don't do on FI. Having lost any role at Premier years back he's just scrapping about.
