It's project finance so Navitas doesn't service the loans with any of its non-SL income. It only has to service is it's equity contribution - that's Navitas's contribution to the costs that are NOT covered by loans.

But the reactions surely woukd be instant if they move to block the Straight of Hormuz. Ships and whatever they hope to scuttle would mostly be intercepted. May all take a few weeks to reinstate. However Iran's own oil infrastructure then becomes a target in the meantime. Main loosers are Iran and China at the end of that.

I think, or hope(!) that if anyone was going send them a ready cooked bomb then Putin would've said so, not Medvedev. Medvedev usual antics more likely just mean Iran asked that someone say something.

To be clear Shennadiah only impacts Navitas funding of their equity share of SL. The conventional senior debt funding they're going for (far better than high cost privately placed bonds) is stand alone non-recourse project finamce by the jv. The opportunity presented to do that stops value leaking to the finance providers. We get to keep it.

To my mind the chance to go for lower cost senior debt instead of much higher cost low-rated bonds has to be taken. It's what brings the npv10 (10% discount rate) values into focus rather than anything more towards a higher discount rate.

I mean that's huge, that's a large part of how the 200p plus values of the existing development plan (only) become real. Anyone who can't hang around while it gets done shouldn't be here.

Looks to me like we'll see the volumes are the same as the Nav report (except for the 3mln barrels referenced by Sam in the rns.

BUT the value is visibly MORE than a pro rata of Naviras's working interest and it seems to fit (we'll see later) with the 6% royalty column of Navitas's dcf calc being a zero for rkh - because there's no such cost for rkh.
