IMO the covid test was never really meant to sell (AS farmed it out to medusa. OK if they can roll with it and make money , fine!!) It was a technical exercise in what AS could do with Affimer's. It was a science decision to remove it from the market, not a sales decision. "lets make it better and prove the platform more because the sales are so irrelevant that it matters not" Don't get me wrong, in the longer term proving the science may well prove to be profitable. Just saying, I'm personally not expecting much if anything from a covid test now.

lets not forget that Affidx was/is meant to be a brand for many more types of diagnostic tests. It would be nice to see a non Covid test come through.

On the other hand, one would have to believe what AS says to expect that!

Despite the chronic optimism of some on this board, KDR will never mine. Maybe, if the right offer comes along, they will sell, but make no mistake, that decision will not be about putting investors first.

maybe one day the company will actually see fit to tell us how many it is/has been moving and then we can make a realistic determination of the value LFTs.
