Morning all, interesting what mark says about AP and Zim. I had heard similar regarding another member of the team but disregarded until I see something in black and white.

A warrant is the right to purchase a company's stock at a specific price during a date window. Warrants are sometimes issued when a company has raised money and gives the owner the option to buy shares at that fixed price during the period. The money they pay for the shares goes directly to the company and the new shares are issued.

Which probably leaves you wondering why pay 0.5 when you could buy on open market at 0.12 at the time? I thought the same but it is money in the coffers for the company.

I feel for those that sold the low, like you say dvharrison. I have done it myself in the past and sometimes it works out well and sometimes you have to watch the price recover without you. Makes you feel sick.. but remember that in the heat of the moment you reacted and protected your money.

It is a little frustrating watching people buy them at these prices.

It is a frustrating share this one, it seems to be doing lots right but stumbling at every hurdle.

I almost sold the bottom down there, nerves of steel in times of crisis.

BP is producing still, the mine is operational still, they have money in the bank, and they are not going bankrupt.

My buy at .10s is the only buy I have that is not negative :-(

I would love an RNS this week but I am happy for it to come when it comes. From the comments and conspiracy theories here and elsewhere it is transparent that a lot of people are still on the sidelines whilst waiting for a finance confirmation which is fine and risk off traders should follow their own rules and buy in for their own reasons.

But this leads me to think that all those retail traders that need confirmation bias before buying might be surprised, caught wrong footed etc, on the news and pay higher prices. Be nice if it gaps up but if it opens flat or a intraday RNS then judging from the comments there are lots watching that will chase the price higher as the turnaround starts.
