RE: Doc Holiday Stockpedia Choices14 Jan 2021 16:28
If you think that then that is fine, but I steer my own ship, if I hold something I am bullish, if I am anything other than bullish I sell. So perhaps my posts seem overly bullish to u but to be honest I thought I provided some links and I don't think that post was that bullish or suggesting people buy because anyone else had said so. I always encourage others to do their own research and make their own choices. See below?
"Fantasy, yes doc mentioned VAST in his last podcast this week and said he saw upside. Link here already but here it is https://soundcloud.com/doc-h-4/dlc-10-1-lord-of-the-rings about 49 minutes
Separately to that he said .15 to .20 short term and then when asked if he saw it going higher than that he went on to say
"Initial rebound, can easily see 0.5p+ but I do the same thing each time, I try to manage expectations over the short time horizon."
The he reinforced his positive vibe with his appearance on Stockbox https://twitter.com/StockBoxMedia/status/1349336185865433094?s=20
and my understanding is he has another podcast out soon which he highlights reasons to buy. But I agree with you, you buy VAST because you want to buy VAST, just like you buy anything else, because you want to, not because someone else things it will double treble or fold in half. I think if you reached out to doc he would say the same to you.
Lots of new investors may be buying VAST because of Docs rep or maybe they bought because of the recent interview which in my view sparked a lot of interest (662 views already.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nngzzwroar4 or maybe they are buying because of the asset, the copper boom, the possible diamonds, the recent raise or because the price is so low.
Timing is everything in AIM and although most of us have not timed this one perfectly, I hope we all do well. But timing does affect your stance on a company. Those that bought in two months ago will view this investment differently to those that bought last week, this week or today. But how we manage are own trades is an art and science that we acquire of time I wish you the best."
