As for the share price the further it falls the harder it is to justify not getting involved. I think even the harshest of critics will accept that the mcap is not going to fall below the cash in the bank and it's pretty clear we're going to reach at least £100m in the kitty.

I'm not a ramper and am someone who gets quite indignant with people who tempt others into a share with their hyperbole and !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but at this point it's hard to argue that this is anything but a BUY as the mcap drifts towards £150m.

Personally I think it will. Currently the stock market is booming as the narrative switches to the economy opening up but the reality is that the agenda will switch back to the infection rate the moment the r number officially goes above 1 again. And it's likely to within a couple of weeks...

We're still a good few weeks away from any news. Yesterday's rise merely gave a glimpse into what is likely to happen around 10 days time from now. In the meantime I'd try not to get too bogged down by the ups and downs.

It's good to keep in mind that the best time to invest is when everyone's reached peak pessimism and sell when the reverse occurs. I think people here are rightly disappointed that the bumper sales rns was more or less what they expected from the sale of 3.82m tests to Egypt alone.

Having said that I do think Graham is holding some things back. This is a sensitive time and so it's vital he doesn't pump too hard. The upside is bigger than the downside now so think I'll be adding a little more at this price.

The problem with this share now is the momentum is downwards. People on here keep predicting what will reverse the trend but for the past 6 weeks or so none of it has proved accurate. As the stock market recovers there are hundreds of solid blue chip companies seeing huge returns.

What is going to draw people to novacyt over more established companies that are seeing consecutive blue days?

I saw at least two posters claim to sell out completely if the communications are giving out info like that, with little wink faces alongside. Can we have conformation that you've followed through?

Trying to get my head around the figures also. Obviously £30m more orders received this month but we expected that from Egypt alone. Personally (and so were half of this board) expecting forward orders to be at around the £200m mark by now if we're counting DHSC as £50m odd and Egypt £30m odd. What it means is besides the two huge contracts it's difficult to see us selling 10 million tests a month. Hopefully the UK government with its 200k tests a day are going to need to order more sooner than they we were expecting.

Solid progress but not going to be the instant rewards with this share that many of us are craving. Possibly back to £4 in a week.

If his reasoning was sound and he predicted a 50% sp fall that would have got be pretty worried. As it is 90% is pure clickbait. With £90m sales to date and much more to come we're going to see the mcap drop to £20m? Shaddap you face!

Clearly there are lots on here like me that invested more than they were really comfortable with on the basis that this should rise into the results (around now) allowing us to derisk considerably and have a free shot at a big payout...

I'm disappointed that this isn't looking like the case but I accept that I was being greedy and am just getting my just desserts for that! I'll either hold my nerve or sell down some at a 20% loss if I start wetting my pants.

I still can't believe I took a bit of time deciding whether or not to load up at 296. This for the first time in months has the chance to bag again for everyone at these levels.
