They are not revealing their hand right now and have absolutely no interest in alleviating the nerves of shareholders at the expense of driving maximum value for the product.

And achieve maximum value for the product is what I believe they will achieve.

Personally I think way way higher. What you've described is sng001 being the key factor in societies getting back to as close to normal as possible, that's worth many billions imo. I think the exciting thing is there is just no way to predict how high it could go, £6 a share for sure, £10? £15? Literally who knows. All we know is that it's many times where we are now. And venrock/tikvah must be feeling the same way...

Commons Speaker: test MPs every day
MPs could be tested for coronavirus every day to allow them to fill the House of Commons, according to the Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle. Hoyle told Times Radio on Sunday morning he shares Boris Johnson’s ambition to see parliament “back to normal” by Christmas but would not “compromise health and safety”, the BBC reports. He added that he had spoken to the NHS and government about getting a “a quick turnaround of tests” to enable more MPs to enter into the chamber.

“To be quite honest with you, I’d like to do it daily, not weekly. The problem is weekly testing doesn’t tell you anything,” Hoyle said, on the prospect of regular testing. He agreed with Commons leader Jacob Rees-Mogg that masks would make it harder for MPs to be recognised and make speeches.

Interesting article but how does it settle the disagreements on whether it's getting weaker or not? It doesn't touch on that.

How do contracts like ours with DHSC work? We were contracted to supply 288k tests a week until mid-late October but obviously there are current PHE shortages. Surely primer must be trying to fill the gaps or is that not possible without making changes to our contract?

I agree about the CEO. Noggers you're ignoring the complexity of the situation we're in. Imo the schools aspect is crucially important however merely opening them is not enough, there needs to be no backlash in the weeks ahead. For all we know rates could skyrocket in 10 days time and the push to close might rise to the top of agenda.

If September is quiet on that front I think that's when the share price surge will occur.

If we are making solid progress sales-wise there are numerous reasons why the company might choose to keep them on the down low for the time being. Most obviously it's a bit tasteless and tacky to emphatically broadcast large profits each month when responding to a pandemic... I still think it would be highly surprising if we aren't making at least £35m a month now. Testing has ramped up considerably around the world since late June as has the number of global cases. Contracts will have already been in placed whilst building market share in the US.

Ps let's not resort to xenophobia on here, even if it's largely tongue-in-cheek.

I know I should know this already but I don't appear to be the only one on here that needs this explained to. For a share price to stay the same over a period I've always assumed buying must be equal to selling i.e the buying pressure matches the selling pressure or rises are sold into. But today I can't imagine that's the case, I really can't. Is it hypothetically possible to have a day of heavy buying but see the share price stable due to market makers deciding that's the case?

Crystal you have to come off these forums if you can't hack it and just trust that in time you'll make money. You will as long as you don't mess around moving from one share to the next every time you get spooked.

I agree with CS. We've not had sales news for a few months now, if we've been continuing to grow revenue month on month then this will far surpass expectations and the sp with rise significantly.
