Looks like the FO will be going ahead as DW is already starting to plan for 2020 and use the money. Reading from what DW is like as a person, more steady than a risk taker, he wouldn’t be taking a risk for next year unless everything was tied up.

I wonder if there is a group being put together to sue the BOD. What they did I just not right.

I’m sure DW will appreciate England winning the cricket World Cup. Let’s hope it’s a sign of good things coming.

Are you saying possibly this is bad for the FO?

I have just sold all my stock holding (massive loss). Going down and I still have bad memories of Debenhams and I can't see us being offered anything good from the offer. Thank you all for all your advise and good luck to all that still have shares in TC.
Sorry to say, but the BOD have let us all down, just like Debenhams.

Just a couple of questions:

Can the BOD suspend the shares or even enter a pre-pack? And do they have to make an offer for our shares before doing anything?

I was looking at part of the media statement. Is below the part where possibly they will make an offers for our shares:

"Existing shareholders will be significantly diluted as part of the recapitalisation. However, shareholders may be given the opportunity to participate in the recapitalisation by way of investment alongside Fosun and converting financial creditors on terms to be agreed."

Maybe they will buy our shares or exchange them for new shares (at a lower price).

Is there a small ray of hope here.
PF did say negotiations are still going on and shareholders might be able to buy in (I think) alongside Fosun in some form. Also, we don't know what the offer price might be - and it still needs to be agreed by shareholders/bond holders.
I will keep mine for now and see what happens. I will be happy for anywhere between 15p - 19p. Or is it just wishful thinking!!

price is all over the place at the moment. I thought it was was to be a lot lower. I wonder how many shorts are closing and panic selling? Today will be interesting.

As a trader, do you think they will offer to buy our shares as they will still need shareholders/bond holders to accept? If so, will it be a nominal value?

I don’t know but wouldn’t this be bad for us shareholders? It does say it will need approval from shareholders and stakeholders first?

My average is now 19p reduced from 90p - thankfully.
