There is a good chance of the FO details being announced over the weekend and a very good chance next week yet the SP is down again. I don't understand it.

He could be waiting for the shorts to close later today and then sell next week for a nice profit. I guess we will find out next week. But all guesswork at the moment. All we can be sure of, it's been very interesting ride.

He can always go and work for Fosun - oh, I forgot he already is.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we get an RNS From the BOD. They must be concerned about this. PF and Fosun will be discussing over the weekend how to move things along to their advantage.

I bet Thomas Cook's BOD and Fosun are happy about this.

Their shady plan might be in trouble.

Knowing how slow the past RNS are given out, I think it will be given out end of next week. DW did say early August so that would make sense (I assume he didn't mean early August 2020).

From about 11:30 there are mostly buys but yet 7.5% down. Am I missing something?

All you need to do is find out when PF has booked his TUI holiday and that is when the plans will be announced.

I can see your point, but the BOD are cleaver. They said "may be". They always have a way out of committing to anything.

I know exactly how you feel - I lost a lot. But the BOD worded the RNS very carefully each time. I decided to sell and get out, even on a massive loss. But, say if they do have a D4E and the price goes to say 2p or 3p then I'm back in for a long time punt. Look at what happened before. I think they are changing and moving forward.
But nothing is certain as we still know nothing of what they are doing. This is the frustrating bit.

Most investors seem to be looking at the FO and looking for an increase in the share price and seeing what profit, hopefully, they can get. I am to a certain extent but I am more looking for the FO to take us to the next level. I don't just want a spike in the share price but a sustained increase long term. That is why I would rather wait a few more months and get the right FO deal. Patience is key.

I think you are right but the trouble is we have nothing to talk about apart from the FO and that is getting boring now - just waiting and waiting and ........

Since the last RNS on 26th June, I have always thought the announcement will be made end of July at the earliest or end of August at the latest. But I do think the FO deal has been done. It's just the small extras need tying up.
