Does anyone know or can find out (maybe at the meeting) how accurate 3D seismic surveys are? I have tried to find out but no one seems to know.

I don’t want to get into a political debate, but Labour are using to same old trick of promising a lot just to get in. They won’t be able to all what they are promising. Every opposition does it just to get in.

And luckily for me just gone up 2%. So glad I didn’t wait to get back in.

I sold all my shares yesterday to make a quick profit but it didn't work out. So I bought them all back today. A small loss but worth it. I'm in it for the long term. Looking forward to Feb.

For the first time I tried to do day trading. Sold everything at 0.74. What a mistake. My intention was to make a little before the price goes up next year. Won't be doing that again!!
Hope the price dips briefly tomorrow and then rises so I can get some loss back.

I want more than just a little bounce!!
But seriously, the price is up and down (mostly down) due to MM having fun and making money. Good luck to them as that is what they should be doing, but just remember since the farmout with Newcrest we have had mostly great news and eventually the price will come to the levels where it should be. We just need to wait for a few months.

Newcrest have already said they need to drill more holes and I believe it will take months for them to complete them. So I just think why would you invest knowing this until at least Jan/Feb. So even with positive news the price won’t go above 2p at the moment.
Just sit tight and wait or top up.
When the drills are complete the price will rocket.

I have been investing in 88E for about 1 year and I have a general question. Twice in the last 5 years the SP reached very quickly about 4p and then went quickly down again. Can anyone remember why?

While we are on the subject of 3D seismic (sort of), does anyone know how accurate this is. I can’t seem to find this out.

I hear some saying about a possible takeover by Newcrest. For us, the shareholders, would that be good or would it be better for them not to and let the share price go up (assuming the price will go up as what we hope it will).

I don’t understand. We had some big buys today and at one point according to HL the SP was up about 3.7% at 3:30 pm and yet we finish the same as yesterday. I cant see many sells from 3 pm.

I doubt if they have trouble sleeping. Their pillows must be soft and plumped with all their millions in bonuses.
