My average is also 19p. I got it down from just under £1. I'm happy where it is now. I'm sure the current SP is well below where it should be due to pressure from shorts.

Normally I would agree but I'm not too worried how low this goes or the BOD are not saying anything as the 3rd quarter results are only 1 week away. I'm sure the results will show a turn for the good showing TC are turning things around. I'm OK with the BOD not caring about the SP and concentrating on the business.
We can use the SP dipping to our advantage to top up and get these shares whilst they are low.

I agree with others. Possibly the Shorts are closing. I think the remaining of this week will also be interesting. A great opportunity to top up before next week?

One question I have thinking about for some time:

If we sell the airline and the buyer then goes bust, say in 2 years time, then what happens to holiday makers. Not the ones already on holiday as they are covered by ATOL but the ones that are about to travel. I assume we need back-up travel arrangements and how complex is that going to be to sort out?

Personally I have no problems with shorters. Everyone has the right to make money. And I'm ok with them controlling (to an extent) these shares. It just shows the true price should be a lot higher. I believe what the BOD are doing will work. I'm hoping for some slightly better results announced in the 3rd quarter results. I'm in this for the long term.

Is one of the reasons why the insurers are getting involved in case the buyer of the airline goes bust and TC are put in a situation where they need to get holiday makers home. Is TC just trying to cover all possible cases?

I might be missing something, but why has the share price significantly dropped when the details of the FO could be announced at any moment?

I think it is all really complex but I am hoping for end of July at the latest. But I won’t be surprised if it goes out. I don’t mind waiting if it means they get the best possible deal.

With this in mind, and with everything the BOD are doing, the share price should be a lot higher. We just need to sit this out and wait , even if Fosun don’t buy TC. I still believe the share price will rise significantly long term.
