Hi All - I have been reading with interest the posts this month some of which have been positive such as those from dawski37 & spudtheplumber. I have been invested here over 10 years & still believe in INFA & I am certain we will be getting positive news this month.Seasons Greetings.

Just for your information I am with Barclays share service & they have told me that unless I transfer the shares before the 24th February they will be sold automatically so I have today instructed Barclays to convert them to a share certificate.I have also spoken to the Company’s Registrar saying what I am doing & they have taken a note of my actions.
Once the transfer is made a new share certificate will be issued adding to my existing share certificate shares.At that point once I have also carried out the same with the Share Centre where I have a few more shares I will then have all my shares with the Company’s Registrar.I understand that at that point I can instruct to have the shares converted to ADS on the NASDAQ.At a further point I will then transfer back to a Broker who trade's on the NASDAQ which Barclays do not.
For reference I suggest those with a similar situation double check their own situation.

Hi All - I think it is just a matter of waiting re conversion & feel sure things will become much clearer in the near future.What ever happens our UK shares are still 'legal' just not being traded on AIM.I for one will be moving onto NASDAQ once the route is known it is a question for the 23rd December meeting which I will be attending.

Hi All Currently I have a huge paper loss so I will be converting to the listing on the NASDAQ & may top up latter if another of my investments fly.
Clearly Summit have hit their 'Last chance saloon' moment & I am not surprised at the timing as the 3rd Qtrs results are due out this month which would have been heavily qualified.
Feeling a little sore but better than a complete write off.

Hi Si_Derman I am sure your maths are not that far off & clearly there must be more TR1's over the next few days.We do need more news but clearly the declared large investors have faith & so must we.However it would be good to see the respective business cases including cash flows etc etc.

I hope all goes well this Friday & that all motions are passed & then INFA can get on with all its tasks & hopefully a recognition following the meeting with some sort of SP increase.GLA.

There are now 4 full trading weeks prior to Christmas followed by 3 trading days before the 31st December in which we are due breaking news or do we think that it is all going into January?
In addition I had some funds in this week & topped up with a further 90,000 shares at 0.3048 but are showing as a Sell not a Buy so clearly once again Buys are being incorrectly shown as Sales.Clearly there is greater interest to Buy than being shown today.

Hi Tango1 - You are right institutional buying is what INFA lacked & will now give it some stability provided they are more than 3% & will encourage others next time.For me INFA is all to play for & it is exciting times ahead.
