Hi Albino - The shares in question relate to last weeks motions being passed relating to the new investor who has bought a new issue of shares for 25p representing approx 50% of the original SC.These shares will not at this stage be going on to the market as they are the investors own investment in Summit.The SP move this morning reflects the increase on the NASDAQ last night up to $1.85 - £0.29p.I am now showing as a 'Strong Buy'.

I am invested in 4 companies on AIM & they all announce by RNS that they are attending a conference & is an important part of their communications with their shareholders & I welcome todays news.2019 will be PYC's year I am sure of it.

Todays RNS makes for a great start to the New Year for PYC - exciting times ahead.

Hi Albino - With regards the SP the shares will not be going onto the market so SP should not be effected however your share of the company will have halved as has mine.SP should move up when they announce starting Phase 3 C-Diff trials.

Hi All - Wow especially for those of us 'who sat with me in the last chance saloon' a year or so ago & are now sitting on respectable increases in their investments.I felt we would have an increase following the recent RNS once the 'penny had dropped' as to what has recently happened but not todays increase following on from this weeks Monday increase.Time to hold tight & enjoy the ride some thing rare on AIM. Do we finally have a SP lift off as people start to realise the actual underlying message of the recent RNS final time to Buy under 1p?

Is anyone going on the 4th January for the Summit shareholders meeting in London - I will be supporting the motions but will not be going.I see it as just a legal necessity & the motions will get passed. I only had wished that they had delayed to after the launch of C-Diff phase 3 for fund raising & maybe been able to negotiate a higher price than 25p.Hey Ho.

I am confident that 2019 will be PYC's year & that we will see a significant increase in SP especially when we get feed back from their conferences in 2019 see extraction from last RNS - 'The two companies have provisionally agreed that they will aim to publish selected elements of their work at one or more major conferences in 2019. '

It is a matter of being patient once the day traders had made their bucks I expect the SP to rise today & break through .90 which leaves the next level to be 1.00 on the 'funding' RNS.Looking forward to some form of INFA Xmas 'present' shortly.

I wonder if we will see a shareholdings change RNS following the two very large Sells today & who it will be.

It looks to me that once again we are looking at the next break out news soon I hope.Regards to all.
