Interestingly Eli Lilly (assuming they are Global Co) have a conference call with the investment community and media to further detail the company's financial performance. This is to take place at 9 am Eastern time on 27th April 2021. There will be a link on their website if anyone interested.
Everyone can view the financial performance, so I am sure that with it being aimed at investors they will certainly want to have heard about new developments.
I suspect, therefore, that if there is any news to break about Hemogenyx it will come before the 27th. It won't be world breaking news but this business is all about what is in the development pipeline for Pharma & Biotech and , in particular, what is replacing more aged products within a company's portfolio. It gives us a period of time to focus on and perhaps a staging post for news. Please don't hang, draw and quarter me on this. Posts are much better and more attractive to onlooker investors if everyone remains civil don't you think? Good luck everyone and have a good evening.

Hi All those interested. If there was not a material change, there would not have been an RNS. I presume you cannot simply use the notification process to ramp up the share price. GLA

Re RNS - It has all been said from the early hours of this morning but on a very basic level of analysis, it would not be an RNS if it was not a significant change. It is a positive one no question. There were some among this board who were nervous about the prospect of no "option" being exercised and this concern has now been put to bed and we should all be positive - cup 1/2 full and all that! Hats off to those who called it right in advance of today. As has been said the language within the RNS could have been more shareholder friendly.
I don't personally believe negotiations will drag for 6 months - the RNS in January had already stated that the CDX antibody clone had been "chosen" and was ready for IND application, "a significant step toward clinical trials" . I do not believe they have sat on their hands for almost 3 months and they are much further on in development than we know. They will want to move quickly to clinical trials as time is money so I cannot envisage them taking 6 months to negotiate a deal for going forward. The share price cannot continue to be non-reflective of what is happening in terms of developments but we are at the whim of short-termers. Once a deal is announced they will no longer have influence as they will not have the insight on clinical trials. Unfortunately it is going to take the clout of a major pharma to launch the share price but I have no doubt that it will be in orbit in far less than the 6 months they have to do a deal, a deal which both parties must already have an idea about. A big Global Co can cut and paste from a myriad of deals they have done previously. Well done for those who have stayed true and GLA.

You would have to be an insider in most of the rooms Mr. Sandler has been in recently to understand what is really going to take place. Save to say that no one starts companies for no good reason and on top of that rapidly change the name unless there is something to either enhance the sale of or hive off something of "value" to keep. Whatever happens, it is clearly not a dull proposition at the moment as far share watching goes. You cannot say that about everything listed out there. Naming a company referencing a product name with a play on "celebrate" (as transparent as could be) and quickly changing it to "stealth" (secretive) are names poles apart, exact opposites in terms of putting messages out there. Members of this board were quickly on to that move and could not be ruled out as influencing it (or someone did). It would suggest to me a "hive" off of that company (nest egg) as Mr. Sandler's with probably more product in it than CBR, hence the move to a more generalized name. All guesswork of course. GLA

Morning All - You would not know it from the posts but we all have a lot in common here. Anyone reading this board should see in April that you are all savvy investors. Perhaps one or two more researched than others but nonetheless we are all here. I'd sooner have a "good deal" that's slow coming than a quick "bad deal". It's the last mile of a marathon for some I deduce from the posts but even those long term investors are showing admirable patience levels. So, let nobody frighten anyone away now. We need all hands to the Hemogenyx pump! GLA (Lift the spirits everyone!)

I am sure a high percentage increase today will generate significant interest in the market, but I sincerely hope all those of you who have done the heavy lifting get the rewards you deserve for keeping the faith. Good luck all.

I can only think that extracting a product from the Hemogenyx pipeline is potentially adverse and is this something that could impact lenders like Mint.
I am sure others would have a good opinion on this but won't affect the decision by Global Co I am sure as this is related to another product entirely. Lot to think about though. GLA

Good to see some positive posts from DeadCatBounces Hulver & Hedgehogarth counter-balancing some of the more dispirited investors. I am new to this platform and trying to read every nuance of what is happening is challenging. So, when in doubt about Hemogenyx I just re-read and remind myself of the "pipeline" of work happening. I would not be a big player in terms of other investors on this board, I'll declare that now, but I have researched and I am extremely confident that Hemogenyx will be able to deliver progress with their developments. I hope it comes soon for everyone, but I think the keyword which many of you use is "patience" and I would even throw in "positivity" so that anyone reading these exchanges feeds and invests off the back of that - not run scared to invest elsewhere.

For the uninitiated the second number in any "odds" is always the stake and the first number is the winnings
eg: 11/4 - £4 is the stake; 11 is the winnings - add together you get £15 back; if you placed £8 at 11/4 you double the 2 numbers return would be £30 - It's called "stake fits the price".
Unlike horses HEMO are a sure bet - hold on to the reins everyone there's a few high jumps coming!

With some consolidation of SP today this supports the positivity around a pharma deal and I suspect this will be reflected by a last hour buying rally and an end of day SP of 7.5. Here's hoping!
