It is easy to read over some vocabulary but I looked up from the RNS "seminal provisional patent" and this is defined as ...an invention so impactful that it creates or shifts the technology space.
This long-awaited RNS cannot be underestimated because it will be what other inventors will potentially have to use to develop there own solutions. The attachment below gives further insight into this area of seminal patenting but if Dr. Sandler and his team have done their research, they have taken the time for sure, we can be very confident about CBR. It is worth noting that Hemo, at least, has something of real note about to break in my and others opinion. This will attract new investors from companies which, in the current climate, have little hope of short term recovery. If the spirits lifted on this board, I am sure our ability to attract new investors/money would be much greater.

Appreciate the comment Anon. Mood and Hemo investment strategy will flex as the share price does. I hope everyone's malcontent is limited to the week passed and next week is good for all. To be fair, for the amount of shares held, there was hardly en masse desertion by shareholders. Hang in there everyone. GLA

After reading all of the posts since the latest RNS there seemed a general aire of despondency from many. Although to be fair there were some positive responses to the RNS content. I just had to keep reading the RNS and I think there is enough positive content to be reassured.
The pre IND application / meeting was not bounced for any other reason than the CBER prioritizing Covid applications (see link below)and I think the link below would support this and eludes to a prioritizing of Covid related developments. If Hemogenyx have funding for first stage trials and the work is still progressing then the funding through these clinical trials still exists and should not run out. Things are progressing well they state and I do not think this is a cover story by Hemogenyx to hide problems. Nor do I think there has been a substantive change pre and post this latest RNS to warrant the extent of negative posts.
Okay things delayed to around May, well its not long in the grand sceme of investing. Stay calm everyone and good fortune will follow.

I think we have reasons to be cheerful with this stock. There is still great potential and a great pipeline despite this delay against expectation of news. Best not to re-enact Lord of the Flies just yet, but agreed, someone should give Dr Sandler the Conch occasionally so he can tell us something of value. GLA

It's entirely logical to deduce that the meeting has taken place but presumably the FDA are deliberaing on what has been presented to them. Encouraging news re CAR T recently will certainly do no harm in the decision making. The meeting timescale was bound by 60 days but unsure if the FDA decision is too, perhaps others on here know. Penn have clearly assisted with the meeting and must have been there before with a CAR T therapy. In any event, news will come soon and I think it will lift us all. The Twitter would imply the meeting at least went well. Mind you, ever thought you did well in an exam and fluffed it!

Useful link to help Pre IND understanding & hopefully settle the nerves (or not) as we await the outcome of the Pre-IND Meeting. It is critical that there is clear and concise communication by the team presenting to the FDA. Great preparation for this meeting is paramount.

With reference the Guardian article posted by Ssccss (Thank you). It is well-documented that Hemo have 2 Agreements in place with Penn (who seem to know what they are doing) - Master Translation Agreement 3/1/21 & Master Translational Research Agreement 3/3/21 (Ref: RNS's) . This type of therapy is clearly gaining momentum. GLA

Dr Sandlers tweets, in particular those removed soon thereafter, are generally devoid of sufficient information to deduce the point of them thus leaving shareholders guessing or confused. I suspect he was sdvised to remove it for the above reasons and even perhaps because he cannot resist leaking something related to an impending RNS. A kind of "...I know something you don't know.." tweet.
Anyway, I think it is probably a prelude to a soon to come announcement. Whatever the tweet leads yo ithink it will be good news...could it be Monday...stay aboard all GLA

In reviewing the last 8 RNS's development announcements(excluding Price Monitoring), since Wednesday 2nd June; these were announced on the following days:
3 on a Wednesday
1 on a Thursday
4 on a Monday
Not scientific, but where they can be held back without breach of regulations - today is very unlikely; Monday looks great with a clear 2nd favourite on Wednesday. Could today be the calm before weather breaks on Monday??!! As I say not a scientific sample but just under half the number that might be involved in Hemo Clinical trials. Today probably a better buying day than Monday. Best of luck all, stay onboard.

13th Dec 2021 - Pre-IND meeting request CAR T , then just 7 days later
20th Dec 2021 CAR T Partnership with WuXI - confident enough to sign a partnership deal with WuXI just 7 days into Pre-IND meeting request - did they receive early positives to encourage the WuXI Agreement signing.
12th Jan 2022 Selexis Partnership announcement re CDX

What's not to like! When you set sail with this share you saw the destination, it's in sight . So, don't drift, stay the course and beware of pirates seeking to steal your shares or cause a mutiny . GLA

I would expect that for the reasons of positive progress highlighted on this board in my view, at least, we can expect significantly more regular RNS updates. The reason being that as we progress toward IND and clinical trials, all news will be "material" news and current and new investors will need to be fully appraised of the situation.
