Stu you are very particular about words used so I was very surprised to see use of the word "imminent" when referring to an RNS. It's meaning is "about to happen" and is unequivocal - that is, "leaving no doubt"; "unambiguous". What have you heard because you don't get that certainty for no reason. I hope you are right of course. GLA

Only speculation but this article might have some relevence perhaps to the clinical hold. If the selection of candidates breaches the rule described then it is unlikely it could have been resolved within the 30 days once FDA notified Hemogenyx. There would have been some prediscussion before the clinical hold was put in place.

We are nearly through our day in GB but it is only 10.26 in New York. If they got an early approval of IND say today or any odd part of any future day I think the RNS announcement would have to be made wouldn't it? If they were informed today, for example, an awkward time in terms of LSE trading. Holding that momentous information, by all employees , throughout the weekend and holiday Monday would be almost impossible (not least for Vlad!) . The potential for an unofficial leak would be extremely high so they would have to RNS as soon as they got the news wherever we are in the trading day. So at 10.33 on a Friday in New York news could still arrive. GLA

I am pretty amazed by the fact that the FDA can review and potentially approve this science and subsequent IND application which allows human trials in such a small amount of time relative to the years of development put into it. Then, I thought ,well there was a preIND stage which narrowed the risk, there was the additional scrutiny of the application internally that narrowed the risk and we have a CAR T therapy, in it's ascendency which narrows the risk. On that basis I think approval is all but announced. GLA

Hemogenyx are certainly maintaining radio silence. Dropped them an email yesterday but no response, nor indeed did they respond to my other email during the BB debate about whether they had issues with IND application - which we now know they did not. They have responded to me in the past but I have said before we are now at the very ready with a pick at the coal face of impending clinical trials and of the ratification of critical financial relationships formed to achieve success. The options given to Dr. Sandler reflect Hemogenyx's confidence of success. I would not like to be putting forward to a remuneration group that share options for delivery of A was a good idea only to then flunk the audition. You ask for benefits on things you know fine rightly you are nailed on to can deliver. Dr Sandler and everyone else is damn sure, therefore, that FDA approval is pretty much delivered. No one sets themselves up for egg on their face - the positive results are in I say - just waiting to be told. GLA

After due deliberation and my analysis of events I find wholly in favour of those seeking to provide genuine discussion about the Hemogenyx company. I have concerns that despite your bike ride around the IOW, which should have made you a far more engaging character, and that you stated you had invested for charitable donation reasons, I and no one else can fathom why you are on LSE other than to disrupt. Your statements are incoherent and at times incongruous jibberish and if you were a genuine investor, for the reasons you state, your contribution would not be as is. I therefore ask you to find another share chat to disrupt which does not involve dishing the potential for a breakthrough treatment that many adults and kids might depend on for the air they wish to breath. If you want to contribute sensibly that's fine, but if not," "do one" one2one so this bb has life once more.

Dr. Sandler has been very quiet on social media for a while now. This is encouraging. I believe this is indicative of the fact that Hemo are at the real business end now and forging real meaningful business partnerships to carry product forward and which cannot be compromised, in any way, with a "loose tongue". He came under some criticism for not acting like a proper CEO in his use of social media. However, now has the CEO come of age and we hurtle like an unstoppable force toward being a clinical business, a healing business and a money-making business, not just a lab of ground-breaking scientists. I guess that whichever side of the debate you fall on regarding IND approval risks, there is no doubt it is a significant milestone. It would be fair to say that following the IND approval exchanges on here we can expect a greater uplift than first anticipated. Let's hope so everyone. Have a good day.

IND approval will be a significant 3rd party endorsement of the work undertaken by Hemogenyx. The expertise attracted to and now working within and for Hemo is huge in itself but to get the okay from the FDA should not be underestimated. They do not allow intrusion of new therapies into humans without significant due diligence. FDA approval is probably the catalyst needed to energise waiting investors. Although frustrated myself by the length of time it was taking to submit IND application, I am now much happier that they did take the time they clearly needed. Should be a good re-rate coming in my view. GLA

Great work JHFH. Even at the lowest comparable company MCap of $74 that would put the Hemo SP at a little over 5 pence. We would certainly be happy with that kind of trajectory over the ensuing days/weeks. With CBR and partnerships I think we will be significantly north of that SP with good progress. GLA

Some great points made in the last few posts. Yes, a significant milestone reached to get to a point where we are now just a short period away from being permitted human clinical trials. Any AML sufferer would be wowed by the prospect of a new opportunity to rid themselves of this awful condition. Lab to clinic is a SIGNIFICANT milestone. Onwards and upwards GLA
