For those who did not see the video of the presentation...it was extremely encouraging to witness a strategic partner Prevail, only just through the door, standing up and declaring their partnership with Hemo and asking other investors to join them. If this proactivity by them continues we will have no worries regarding future funding. It was like someone representing all of us in the room saying what we would like to say. We now have a voice, a seat at the dinner table. GLA

It could be you know, that the reason for the RNS interims being published today was to leave room for a meaningful and magnificent RNS tomorrow. Perhaps he did not want to bury incredible news on progress alongside, or indeed, within an interim report so news was not lost. That's just me speculating, I'll make that clear!

Clearly Hemogenyx were in a position where they had to file their update to the market. Depending on where you are in a company's hierarchy you could simply be asked to or ask someone else to give an update on business performance. These requests invariably come at a time when things are on the cusp of being far better in a few week's / month's time. So, you end up doing or receiving an update which seems somewhat flat compared to what it might have been if the report deadline was moved forward. I think at the last AGM they said they would not give updates if there was nothing to report. Try to accept it for what it is - an Interim update on the wrong part of the curve.

Additionally, you don't start to gear up with additional staff if you don't need them or you have a worry about paying them. This shows they are thinking beyond Car T clinical trials. They have work to do to get the final sign off but they are not caught in those headlights like a scared rabbit, they are looking through the beam of light to their other projects and are gearing up, "UP" being the operative word. That said, it is always a kick in the teeth when the SP drops and you are not in a position to increase your holding. It's a waiting game but good luck to all.

I advise some to read the Prevail website. This will tell you exactly what they are about and gives a clear insight into the raison d'etre for the partnership. GLA (Wonder what the morning will bring zzzzzzzz4pzzzzz5pzzzzzz6p!!!!!)

As difficult as it may be at times, would be good to avoid getting tetchy with each other on this board. Whilst the news is a couple of weeks old, that news hasn't changed. The SP fiddler's will do their usual but they cannot fiddle with the news. Patience is a virtue and all that. GLA

Always nice to see upward rather than downward movement in the share price. However, this is all artificial, there is no downside here. There was speculation about funding a topic often commented on by Stu and a few but that risk has gone. Even if they were in a position they could raise and dilute clearly they are not going to do so in circumstances where a partner has a) funded clinical trials of CAR T and b) how could they do that to a partner who will be instrumental in delivering successful trials. Even the risk of not getting FDA approval with 2 ex FDA guys on the advisory board of that partner diminishes FDA approval risk to zilch. No down sides here! GLA

Had a little down-time there and thought I would delve again into the Prevail Partners LLC tie-up this week. We all offer lots of opinions, thoughts optimism and concerns. However, we, in my opinion, we can only be positive about the agreement between Prevail & Hemogenyx. I hope you think the same, if you do not already, or think even more positive than you do already.

One-to-one has a supporter I see - had to be a "blue-bottle" - presumably found at the abattoir.

I think PR will pretty much self-generate on announcement of clinical trials and final decision re FDA approval. Why? Well, doing things in a dish is a world away from being allowed to do stuff on humans. To actually do something that potentially starts the process of showing the world you have a cure is the accelerator or as VS has said many times "the inflection point". Human trials for Hemo, just think about it - what a sea-change for this company.

That said, they do need to do work on the PR! GLA

Great news yesterday. and holding steady today. However, worth noting that "actual" FDA approval is still not factored in. The institutional investors and the more cautious private investors will not consider investing until FDA sign-off. They won't worry about the potential profit they could have availed of between 1.5 and 2.7 achieved when Prevail news broke. As you know, Prevail are not worried about the gap between 1.5 and 6. They are more than happy to start at 6. So, it follows then that on FDA approval, this is when the lumpy money will come in and in my view it will come in on FDA confirmation outwith CDX and CBR. When news breaks on these 2 everyone will see their reward for their faith. GLA

A pivotal moment today. Is a 2.7 finish on the cards? Every possibility. There is more good news to come. No one announces a deal of that nature unless FDA approval is a certainty. A presentation today as well. I don't know about FOMO Friday it might be FOMO Monday for tomorrow. GLA

One2one I hope after you have been genetically modified this weekend that you come back on Monday with a more balanced outlook regarding this share, or did I misunderstand your last post? GLA everyone - a good week when all said and done - did not uproot trees but comforting news re FDA.

I am not ramping but I get a sense there may be something on CBR tomorrow for the reasons I have stated previously. VS will have to give an up to date briefing on Monday regarding CBR. He cannot rely on where we were several months ago to sell it. This is the reason I think existing investors must get latest progress at least a smidgen of time before new investors. As well as that he will want as good an SP behind him as he stands to pitch them on Monday. Let's see what tomorrow brings. All the best investors.
