Err, I am not. Read responses fully. However, there is more than just Car T that could be RNS'd before Car T IND. Eg: investment deals, don't forget Prevail went public BEFORE Lentviral success; licensing deals; CBR and so on. Many poster have commented on the many opportunities already. Your presence here is somewhat flawed in that if you are dealing with Hemo "truth" you cannot do anything on here except scathe everyone else's thoughts, ideas, speculations etc to the detriment of the share itself. Truth, unlike belief, is about what we know has happened and that is the easy call. Can you offer comment on anything like the company prospects that haven't already happened. Is it not what speculators do!

HT No but I definitely could have predicted you commenting on it today just surprised it took so long. For the "truth"of it, I did not actually state it as a prediction but that it was a good day statistically to get one. However, using your rigid yardstick for RNS announcements, news could come today and be announced today. Perhaps a brand name change to Hemoliteral, from Hemotruth, might be better since you take everything so literally. Sincerely good luck to you and all.

Interesting article from Monday regarding accelerated approvals by the FDA. Last section particularly positive but clear the FDA have a lot on. However it seems that oncology therapies fair much better in terms of accelerated approvals. Note that Hemo have an agreed plan with FDA lentivirus splitting is resolved so the FDA, in my humble view are unlikely to let Car T, an approach they know, to sit on their to do list for long. GLA

Appreciate that HT. But, with Monday being the highest RNS date (for rough and ready arguments sake) I do not think that means that news came on Monday but perhaps Thursday or Friday the previous week. Therefore, it is reasonable to posture that an RNS prepared on a Monday could reasonably land a day later, or two depending on when the prior event takes place.

RNS's are invariably early AM, so must be from news a day or event two from event occurring. Your assumption about how news is managed is just too rigid and I am sure companies string the preparation of an RNS at least a little to maximise market and trading impact. But really HT, I am just passing a little time here. GLA

Some heavy duty statistical analysis there HT, taking raw data to find correlations between variables to reveal patterns and trends relevant to stakeholders. GLA

JHFH glad no locus about...we don't want the environmental health poster back on here. I agree with you I think the FDA will expedite the resubmission swiftly. They have seen the plan and know exactly what they want implemented to satisfy them. They won't linger ..30 days is a limit not a specific requirement that they take 30 days. They simply could not function as an administration sitting on approvals for 30 days in every case. Furthermore, if they get a resubmission and conversations rake place and they get indications of a swift response..why do an RNS ..just wait the extra days and wait for CH lift. My opinion only. GLA

JHFH I am surprised you felt the need to explain your 3 days, did you really think I didn't know that. You should not feel the need to come back on "everything"...least of all obvious fantasy. JHFH - can you indicate what facts have led you to the assumption that there are 3 non-trading days. We deal with fact on here and none of us know exactly when trading days are likely to land. You don't know any more than the rest of us. For balance there could be a plague of locus at the weekend and there may be no trading days next week. Only God knows what will happen and he or she (for balance) is not telling anyone. God has been very quiet on X (formerly Twitter) so, stop ramping 3 days it's just guess work on your part. Trading days will come when they come - speculation about trading days is meaningless. In the end God will decide when and he will punish the shorters and traders of this life-saving company. Is it life-saving (don't start on that one!!? Only God knows that and what will be. Whatever God delivers, whether it's in 2 or 3 weeks or in 2024 it does not matter, he will deliver, his plan has been accepted.

OQ - follows IQ & precedes OQ Operational Qualification (not required for the FDA re-submission)

PQ - the Final step of Performance Qualification - the qualification and validation verifies and documents that the user requirements are verified as being met. Instead of testing components and instruments one by one, PQ tests them all as a partial or overall process. Before they start qualifying, however, the team must create a detailed test plan (think this has already been agreed by the FDA following hold so no time lost here). Its important to note that the quality of the "performance qualification" depends in large part on the quality of the test plan (again, plan already accepted by the FDA so must be of a high standard already so Hemo do not need to worry about whether their plan will meet requirements - they have learned and implemented FDA requirements, they have listened) This is one area where a third-party specialist can (and often should) be brought in to ensure thoroughness and accuracy (well Hemogenyx have those in abundance and latterly involved, Prevail will bring all that together to protect and crystalize their investment) .

You know, reading this I think we are in good shape for a short time period for re-submission - all of the elements and expertise are in place and primed to document the run. Nobody wants them to rush and overlook anything but I sense it will not be long before re-submission - stick my neck out and say 2 -3 weeks because so much hangs on this currently and there will be all hands to the pump to deliver going clinical. Today was a good news day but good days are not always reflected by share price. Of course most of us wanted "the" RNS lifting clinical hold but nevertheless, this was a critical and extremely positive staging post RNS. MM's Traders and general market forces took over and created the disparity between news and SP. It happens but further news and pipeline development will adjust the SP to where it clearly should be. I am pretty confident we will adjust upwards tomorrow because the excitement of this particular news reached its height today. We have gone a step forward scientifically no one can dispute that fact.
