I am sure Stuart Tinch the man appointed on 22nd August 2022 (see RNS) as Director of Quality responsible for Good Manufacturing Process ",GMP" is looking after these processes is well versed in the requirements set by the FDA. I think they are simply honing their skills at ensuring Good Manufacturing Process and gearing up for when the quantity will be required for clinical trials. Even if it was a push back by the FDA which I doubt, if that is all we have to worry about we are in great shape. Anything.more serious I think the Scientific Team would be allocated to that not this relatively easily fixed manufacturing process. However, I honestly believe they have put this out to fill a short void whilst we await an FDA decision because they have to let the IND sit with the FDA for 10 days before announcement that the application has been lodged with the FDA. Thank you Pingu for changing the narrative with your forward thinking about clinical trials. I have read a lot lately about big Pharma coming to the end of some of their patent protections in 2025; 2026 and so on. They are looking for the next big drug that will provide the same financial returns previously experienced. At the same time Hemogenyx are reaching a crescendo with their developments right now. The timing could not be better, clinical trials now, followed by 1-2 years of refinement fits in perfectly with those spent patent protections. The musician on the kettle drums is poised with arms aloft, no one knows the exact moment but he will hit his mark to rapturous applause and jubilation. Things are looking good guys and gals - no news isn't bad news! GLA

Stu this whole business is about trying to read potential outcomes and the timing of those outcomes. People are prepared and entitled
to have a best guess if they wish..not all will be correct. I am certainly not going to hold anyone to account should they be wrong. There's nothing wrong with optimism and we are all adults who can make our own decisions whatever we read. GLA

In support of your point it is worth highlighting to those new and in coming investors that Marburg appears as one of the viruses mentioned in the Jan 23 RNS relating to CBR. CBR is currently being tested on a number of viruses in US Govr labs, a secure facility. We may even get an update on CBR soon. GLA

Dhub yes, Wednesday was the top day for RNS's with 6 of the last 14 key development announcements being made on that day. On a pure statistical basis tomorrow is the strongest day. 8 hours until we give out GLA

On my evidenced based research the sales volumes recently, more particularly on Friday would suggest noone is rushing out the door on this share. Roll on next week GLA

Just a thought about the tidying up of the share issue count and this is pure speculation on my part and is not a disruptive comment. Given that things are going to blow big very soon, does anyone think that there may be some attempt to move from the LSE to NASDAQ ( it can be both I am pretty certain). I only share this in light of my thoughts on CBR. If this has the potential to cure many viruses, US grant potential, lab in New York, it may be positively encouraged by US Govt to list in a US based exchange. Not forgetting we are in US Govt labs testing CBR. It could potentially blow the SP sky high in a much wider market. It could be a good strategic move perhaps. Pure speculation. Sure some of you guys will have your own thoughts GLA

I would support the view that someone's due diligence has identified this historic anomaly with the 1 p shares. You only get to this level of scrutiny through having a purpose, a reason to delve. It is normally influenced by a third party who has a vested interest in dotting i's and crossing t's to that level of detail. Vlad has been criticized for not being commercial minded in the past, like looking after shareholders. well he got there with these two 1 p shareholders holders albeit with what looks like 3rd party "involvement". Reasons to be cheerful "I" think. 7 am RNS biggy next! GLA

Well put Pingu / JHFH - you certainly cannot say that IND submission is already priced in, as some might, at current SP that would be absolutely ridiculous for the reasons stated, so we can all expect a big bounce ....strap in! GLA

Pumpky - I think we are all willing the success of Dr Sandler's science in particular, who's chances of success can only be enhanced by his association with people who know what success in the scientific field tastes and looks like. Good try at dishing but I fear "clutching at straws" can best describe this particular attempt. GLA
