Hi A, I'm sure you are right about the imprecision. Having said that, I just saw a bit more detail at;
https://caerusmineralresources.com/troulli-project/
You are right about there are alternative spellings for 'Troulli' but they refer to the same place just North of Larnaca.
Mala is referred to at the site mentioned as being in Western Cyprus. The only Mala I know is at the Western end of Kyrenia (in the North of Cyprus!).
I'll let someone else explain further but it would be good for the company to tell us more about their plans.
Great place to live, lucky you, A.
Zombi3 asked how far Mala is from Troulli - complicated. Not so much as the miles as the politics.
Cyprus was invaded by Turkey in 1974 and the Island is divided roughly West to East. Northern Cyprus is effectively controlled by Turkey; the Republic of Cyprus is the Southern part and in the EU. The UN has a Buffer Zone between the 2 parts.
The only Mala I know is in the North; Troulli (I think) is in the Buffer Zone; Kalavasos (from the RNS of 4.5.22 is in the South and not too far from Troulli.
Probably o/t on here but a little research shows that the good Senator is rather over-optimistic on all counts, so far. His rant may well have been more political than factual.
Good luck with the FCA, some very strange things happen on AIM!
Full thing is behind a PayWall but you can get the gist and comments are usually interesting.

Not being an expert in this science - the medical one, not the mumbo jumbo that some shareholders claim fortells SP results, I also thought that "RSI" stood for "Repetitive Strain Injury".
RSI used to be called "Wnkers Cramp". Or on here, it could be "Rampers Cramp"Now we know what turns some Board users on........
TBH, some of the projected share prices turn me on, too. Let's hope that they do come true!
The usual Pay Wall doesn't seem to block this one, so may be worth a read for you knowledgeable guys - Reader's Comments look good, plus usual fears about availability on the NHS ........ GLA

Purely as a matter of interest, on which Planet would that be?
Best to see if CK is willing to advise us on the electrical works. From what he has said previously, it is one of his specialities. However, he might need a lot more info about the existing and planned system to say much at this stage.
I've worked on smaller upgrades and I'm sure that as much preparatory work as possible will have been carried out, ie, wherever possible, new cables will have been laid in parallel to the old, etc.
Again, we don't know the scope of the work but if new cables are required, they will be expensive given the cost of copper these days...... Good to get the work done now, though, the price is about to explode! The old ones will be worth a few bob, too;-)
For anyone (like me!) who doesn't think that 0.5, or 1.5% Cu sounds a lot, it is worth looking at the "Copper Extraction" section of Wikipedia.
" The average grade of copper ores in the 21st century is below 0.6% copper, with a proportion of economic ore minerals (including copper) being less than 2% of the total volume of the ore rock"
Apart from the Bezant plans, the tailings are piled up on the surface, so there won't be any mining expense for those. There is a dinky little port in Larnaca, just a few miles from Troulli, for export of concentrates. If Jubilee don't want the expense and effort of shipping to Southern Africa, there will be other refining facilities around the North Med.
.
From the RNS of 16/11/21;
· "If a Joint Venture is agreed, Jubilee will design, finance and execute construction of any processing plant and become its operator
· Any Joint Venture will operate on a profit-sharing basis after recovery by Jubilee of its initial capital expenditure and other "up-front" costs".
Let's hope that it all works out but looking good IMO.
I remember Troulli Village from way back. It seemed to be a little rundown then and there wasn't a lot of local industry; a little artisanal mining, lime burning and low level farming, I think.
I once asked the village to look after some motor bikes for the day and tried to pay them on our return - they were highly offended and flatly refused any cash.
I would be very happy for CAERUS to closely coordinate with the village and for the residents to share in any wealth generated by our activities. GLA
Re Speedy's held-under beach ball analogy.
If the holder has his head over the ball when released, it is like getting an almighty punch in the face! Let's hope that the illegitimate ones that held us back get a really good smack, too!
GLA, hold on for what is rightfully ours!
Hello M.O., I'm very sorry to hear about your wife. All the best to her and hope you will still be able to share your invaluable research with us whenever you can. Very best wishes to you both.
The RNS of 16/11/21 does mention that;
“Jubilee and Caerus have agreed to extend the agreement for a further period of 18 months within which window a positive Joint Venture decision is anticipated.”
“If a Joint Venture is agreed, Jubilee will design, finance and execute construction of any processing plant and become its operator”
There has been another mention of Jubilee taking samples and a team visit for planning.
From the 2 quotes above, it does appear thatJubilee still have about 15 months to decide on a JV even before any plant is planned/built.
Jubilee isn't mentioned in the Heading, or text, of the latest RNS, so I hope we will get a separate one when there is (good!) news (very soon I hope!).
I'm sure that some holders will think it all very normal but others may feel that it isn't quite the 'oven-ready' deal they were hoping for (cue for snotty responses:).
PS
In the article, it mentions that this new snowdrop - "Golden Tears" - was ' created by Joe Sharman - 'King of the Snowdrops'.
The name doesn't seem like a good omen for us, as things stand. But we will win and should ask Joe to create another one with more intense golden flowers and name it 'Greatland Success', or similar.
Any PR type fancy taking on a little competition for the best name and to contact Joe? I'm much too the 'Grumpy' species for something like that:(
