Thanks TT (and indirectly, Bamps).
We all have opinions and are perfectly entitled to them. No one has to agree - or try to change minds (at my age, mine is set). Inform when certain by all means.
We've heard so many opinions on this board and none of them ever change a thing. The only chance to really do that is at an AGM (if not out-voted by favoured IIs).
There might well have been the noblest and purest of motives in the actions of the BoD yesterday but they aren't obvious - or credible - to a lot of people (and the usual guessers) on this BB.
It might well be an age, or generational, thing but I'm not interested what might lie 10 years down the road, I won't be here then. I (and many more holders I suspect) have closer horizons. If you are longer-term, your opinion is duly noted but please don't try to change mine.
All of the opinions, ramps, de-ramps etc over the last year haven't changed the fact that we have gone from about 37p to less than 15p today (and btw, blame MMs if that was too high, not us!). Recently, GGP implied they had enough cash, what happened? Unless they need to borrow cash to dig up a recently found cache of 1000 fine gold bars, just below the surface, in the next few weeks, I'm not really interested. Stick to what we've got, get the SP up again and get mining. To paraphrase some old writer, 'stick to the necessary, then worry about the superfluous'.
Right, back to my bunker to await the incoming!
(Also btw, if you add up all the boastful (and fake) purchase claims today, probably the whole issued share capital changed hands!)
