Association definition: a group of people who work together in a single organisation for a particular purpose.

There has been no stated goal in either group that I'm aware of to work towards a particular purpose. Both groups gathered numbers to see if there was enough of a critical mass to drive a more powerful relations with GR.
Your group got the numbers so I assume that could be called an association. The other fell well short apparently.

And CF? Blindly optimistic or deluded? Look at the MCAP and the fact that this deal is even being put to shareholders.

So, lets look back to June this year and the decision to fully impact RHA.
The removal of the asset value on the balance sheet effectively reduce the company valuation for which the current Newco calculations are being assessed. So has this deal been kicking around for a lot longer than we think?
Until Jan 2018 RHA was on track, by June it had been fully impaired and now the company valued for the newco deal split at a paltry level. Link on impaired assets below should you need.

Sorry Napom, its what GR does to you over time, although if you look back I didn't agree with them either.
Val just wanted GR out, dark is a trader(IMO).
Me, i want what I invested for to happen but GR is the impediment to that happening. I also have little faith in the deal being put together ultimately benefitting us in its present form.
I posted here about the 2 investor groups joining forces for greater numbers and more pulling power and with GR saying Ned only, maybe you can reconsider doing this to drive a better more watertight deal for shareholders.

You discounted history, history gives us meaning. It allows us to think critically about narratives that have developed over time. Our narrative here are the rns's and the history is how our progress has compared with them.
Discount history and we discount knowledge.
