I believe the unit at Stade is just a proof of concept vehicle. It will/has validated the lab results on the cell as well as the BOP.
Due to the nature of this product, each order will have a certain amount of design based specifically for that installation based on the standard kit of parts.
The container version will be a fixed output/size unit and you order as many as you like.
