I welcome the fact there will be new management but as of yet we know borderline nothing about these people. Also the bonuses and warrants built into the deal suck more money and add dilution for shareholders tied not to profit or share price increase but little more than drilling holes on time and moving rock.
IF the bonuses and warrants were tied to dividends or share price targets I'd vote for this all day long as long as the executive pay wasn't high/excessive in the short term.

Bumble, that isn't a daily task for Bond. I'm not saying he's sitting on a beach somewhere or doing electro chemistry at Stade but he certainly isn't keeping shareholders in the loop.
I also think its remiss of he/the company not making a statement about the share price fall as it may have been due to an engineering issue that has leaked out as much as a distressed seller. RA for instance has people close to the company and has an information stream that flows better than us poor PI's.
