CF, he may well be using the very cheap shares to gain a controlling stake again, lets face it is doing well enough off the company payroll to pay back the trust anyway.

CF, I have always thought GR was a fairly approachable and even a little charismatic. But that doesn't take away the fact that company performance with him has always failed to produce anything except fundraise episodes.
I'm not invested in every other aim company. although 1 in particular that i was in went from 2p to 49p. Why? Bloody good management. Now the big boy miners are shareholders as well.
GR just isn't the guy. Market has zero faith in him and current shareholders are preying newco will bail them out of their losses. MY LOSSES are real as well on paper at least.
He said legal, he said production and profits, he said JV partners clawing at the door etc etc etc. He is not someone you should be believing in setting up newco to benefit shareholders as based on past and present performance, he is unable to deliver.
I know my view isn't liked by many, but why? Are they hoping he will pull it out of the bag and they will again be in profit or just blind hope?
When brewing beer, sometimes a bad batch that gets good after time and conditioning, other times the yeast is bad/dead and its just a fact you'll have to pour it away. GR has left a similar sour taste in shareholders mouths.

And did GR pay market value for the share holding or were most of his shares retained as a percentage of total on IPO?

And while we're at it, the whole troll thing. Many, myself included have been talking positively when positive things happen. There has been nothing positive completed for well over a year. A year when the BOD salary was borderline obscene based on the BOD performance.
If I and others were trolls, we wouldn't embrace good news, like Crazy for instance when the zulu study got released and he cough cough went on holiday.
And while we are being a little more investigative, you CF didn't lodge your shareholding with group 1 the last time I heard which means you could be either company stooge or a fantasist playing a virtual holding or just egging peeps on to lose money. In an anonymous forum there are all sorts.

The conversion was at an almost historic low in prem share price and the fees for that loan went so cheap either.

I guess at all depends on what the changes are ultimately. If it is a completely new site with a place met commercially available unit and the high density kit as well then i wouldn't be bothered about amending the old one either.

What has happened so far in the life of PREM. Massive dilution a failure to produce from a mine that has all of the mining equipment on site including a $1000000 XRT sorter, stalled drilling program, appalling financial management and fund raise decisions, sold asset at a loss TCT, most likely selling another asset at a loss ARCM etc etc.
There is no money, no JV partner and no more reasonable way to raise cash.
The newco deal is another way to extend the rinse and repeat for the likes of George and Micky boy.
When the shareholders that are floating in dreamland wake up and take a stand against the BOD, things might get a little more shareholder focussed.
He can start by ring fencing circum for shareholders in case this all goes pete tong.

Nah CF will still be here saying he's topped up and good news is around the corner.
