The newco this is either a smokescreen to give him more time for Circum cash or he's on an earner from it himself somewhere in the mix other than with his shareholding. Because apart from him, very few except traders have made anything from PREM.

Napom, where is the rns that states the total payment from prem to directors has been reduced? Ie the total liability include cheapo shares from the cap.

The number of shares in issue is a bit of a red herring. Look at the MCAP and see how the company has really performed. Worth less than has been sunk into RHA.

Get rid of roach and do a full appraisal of the assets and plan from there. Anything he has said verbally or in RNS is invalid. That’s why the market needs roach gone.
