The whole H2 industry has yet to take off. There have been many false dawns but with climate change targets to be met and real political will do move away from carbon based fuels (well maybe not trump) our time I believe is coming. The underlying work done will put us in a good position to capitalise on this growth market. Hopefully the hydrogen economy will be the new boom industry and let’s face it, we all use year on year an increasing amount of power and that’s before E vehicles are added to the mix.

Or maybe the market for energy is hanging onto the conventional, it’s something they understand and have a clear understanding of the costs. This has always been H2s problem. It’s only climate change targets and legislation that is turning the tide.

Diesel gen set users will be as resistant to change as the cloralk industry is to vented h2 and fuel cells. They want the cheapest most flexible and known kit and will not change unless legislation forces them to.
Look at the plastic issue, most films and bags containing foodstuffs are still not recyclable. It’s an outrageous situation and further legislation is required with a cut off date set in stone. The red diesel legislation is a good move forward to stopping this dirty generation. Hopefully Acciona and extreme e will showcase the possibilities that AFC can deliver today.
