I personally put no credence on directors purchases.
They will use the company pension and warrants to buy when the time suits. ie when then can profit immediately.
And assuming the share price is very buoyant the shareholders won’t give a monkeys.

Directors buys certainly can’t be made with interims due. It would be a closed period.
