Seems to me that this will be a Middle east production facility and wouldn't be surprised if a Europe one is announced at some point. Seems the news flow is coming like last year but more meaningful hopefully for company income.
The increased volume will help clear out the profit takers and exiting billionaire hopefully.

There is also talk of skid mounted systems. These must be for fixed installation usage. Maybe the back up power solution.

Would we have got a bank loan? No...A better question is could the company have done more to bolster the share price prior to the issue of those shares? And going by the response of the rebranding, I think they could have done more. Its old news and now we need to focus on sales.
