Unfortunately transferring from a standard dealing account to an isa requires the stocks to be sold and repurchased.
A straight transfer only works when the shares are already in a tax efficient wrapper like an ISA or SIPP

So many analyst calls are buys they're hardly worth paying attention to. I'd say all they have done is assume a fair P/E of 12x and scaled the target to that.

Nuri you make some valid points on valuation but you have to ask yourself why the market is treating AV this way. It's not the concern of L&G investors

P10 its essentially a zero sum game. Sell with a profit of 15 or hold for a profit of 5 and a 10p divi.
Pros and cons in other respects, such as capital gains versus income tax etc

With a P/E ratio of 8.4x and mid to high single digit annual growth projected for next 5 years it's a lovely Value play. Even taking a low end 5% pa growth for 5 years and the same P/E it suggests 330p over 5 years plus all those lovely divis growing at low to mid single digits pa

Interestingly the news hasn't landed there yet and there was a delay last year with the 1st set of assay results when they requested a trading halt prior to release.
Will be interesting to see their price reaction to this latest set. They climbed 4% when cobra didnt move on the 1st set so on these results there could be a much larger rise.

This is what the company needs to address. Are these 22 incorporated in any drilling thus far completed and how does reality compare to expectations.
Whomever their financial PR is needs to get a grip as these comms are hopelessly disjointed and meaningless.
Do any of us understand the full picture here or are we just getting disjointed snippets? It is time to tell a story. They listed on main market so time to behave like adults.

They should Watch the Gold Rush on discovery channel. Take complex situations and make it simple. The last episode is especially relevant

Craig's next challenge is to explain to the market what these results mean, what the next steps are along with costings etc. I want to understand what they think they have, what's next on the path to 1 million and how long and how much money that will take

As long as you learn from your mistakes then it is money well spent. Spread the risk and top slice the winners.

I will assume that Cobra will now inform Andromeda that the JV will be set up at 50:50 and exploration costs will now be split in that ratio, thus reducing our future costs.

What that would mean in terms of future timelines and priorities I dont know. Cobra will.still run the operation so in theory can still drive the exploration program at their preferred pace but Andromeda will be on the line for half the costs.
It's probably more complicated than this but that's for Cobra to inform us if it happens.

Moving fwd with the risk shared makes sense to me. Then when all the assay results are in Cobra needs to explain what all these results mean and what the next steps are and what targeted drilling will take place.
