It’s a shame that talk of a takeover is the only thing that can save ITV. I firmly believe it will happen 1 day with all the m&a activity happening not just in this industry but everywhere.

This is just being walked down IMO to facilitate a buyer. What is happening here is exactly what happened in another share I owned as there was no obvious reason why the SP kept falling. I would expect something to happen this year if the SP continues. Only problem is what is ITV worth - £2 a share? Not sure

As I thought some huge sales going through - wonder who it is and when it will stop. Can't blame anyone for profit taking though. Still holding for better days ahead

Wish this wasn't on AIM....... Must be a reason - you don't suddenly lose a massive amount of mcap for no reason. I think someone is orchestrating a sale on shares - wonder if Hardy is unloading because if he did then the SP would tank if not bought by an institution. Still a strong buy for me

Judging by what's happened to the SP in the last few weeks a bit worried that this could now come into the category of a day trading share. Same thing keeps happening - steep fall in the morning and rise in the afternoon. What does everyone else think?

Huge volume this morning - not sure why?

I’m confident if what Mitch says is true. At least 4 times he has mentioned this in presentations and RNS. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were working on something at the moment.
Perhaps I’m a little cautious if anything of the results as we have had to pay out a fair few quid to buy the assets. However forward guidance should offset this.
