The Chinese Government is pushing Chinese businesses to become more environmentally friendly.

With fertilizers that means using natural products rather than man made products, hence China should be a massive market for Sirius.

Other UK businesses are also benefiting from this policy, such as CWR with electric batteries for busses - we do environmentally friendly rather better than most in the UK.

As a grower I find P4 a very exciting prospect. There is a very good reason why P4 is so good for Potatoes and indeed for many highly productive crops, Tomatoes are another good example, and that is roots. A high quality Potash fertilizer with other minerals present as well will develop an incredible root system.

On thing I would love to try out is P4 with manure - I think this would be a marriage made in heaven and organic gardeners will love it. An interesting crop trial in drought areas would be to use P4 and manure to establish a crop and then test its resistance to drought - maybe a way to combat climate change ???

The markets eyes are elsewhere this morning - the pound has dropped below $1.30 - should be good news for the 100 index and ENQ [income in dollars, expenses in pounds]

A nice dollar rise in POO overnight - it will be interesting to see the reaction of the shorts today and asses their current strength.

POO is defying the odds and rising - perhaps Trumpet said the wrong word ???

I guess that when a investor owns such a high percentage of the business we cannot expect them not to get a preferential deal, the same also applies to IP. Also if they hadn't participated in the book build the alternative may have been liquidation.

I am inclined to follow their lead and take my allocation at the right time, also it does look as though maybe the SP wont drop any more ???

Its difficult to detect against falling POO but there does seem to be more buyers around now and considering how quiet the market is that has to be encouraging.

ITX is a very long term punt but the potential is enormous for investors willing to tie up their capital for maybe five years or more.

The bigger the fall the bigger the bounce - nothing has changed, crude supply is still precarious.

The bounce will come soon - we are close to the July 2017 rising trend line.

The main problem here has been getting the big corporations who are the potential customers to commit to purchasing and using what are new environmentally friendly products. This came to a head when last Februarys trading update was published and it became clear that ITX were a year or more behind on their timetable and would need extra funding.

The good news is that since then AkzoNobel have come onboard, so their are grounds for optimism going forward especially as it seems that licencing deals for ITX products could give the company a kick start.

There was a big trade, probably a sell, at around 11.50 - 1 million shares.

Directors are shareholders as well - they care !!!

But it is their duty to act in the interests of the company both legally and morally.

That is a totally different question - I was talking about a forced stage 3 before production commenced due to construction delays or cost overruns. If this happened funding would probably have to come from the shareholders and would certainly be bad news.

The need to raise cash post production is a different question and would almost certainly be beneficial even if it did result in dilution.
