It could be crunch day I think - EIA due at 15.30 BST.

The rising high from July 2107 has now turned into resistance with POO just tracking below it but if their is a big build we could see Brent below $70 and WTI below $65.

I still think that we will get a big bounce at some stage towards $80 Brent but that may not be until later in the Autumn now.

I suppose you have to look at dilution in two ways.

From the point of view of the investor it is almost always bad news - especially when it comes to future dividends.

From the point of view of the company it can be very good news - especially because they can avoid interest on loans. Company benefits so shareholders benefit.

To me it is all about balance - Sirius did stage one by dilution that was fair enough especially because revenue was so far away. Stage two needs to balance out stage one so it should all be by borrowing if at all possible.

As for the SP, it will go up what ever, but no dilution please !!!

Looking at the past track now it looks like hook up could have been around 14.00 or soon after but unfortunatly the AIS is so poor on AK that it is not posible to be certain.

It does seem that AK may have even turned off her AIS.

The fact is that EVE has tried to run before it could walk and has fallen flat on its face.

A period of organic growth with a better product plugged to their target market via social media would I think have delivered an excellent building block.

Instead of that they have gone all guns blazing, spent far to much on marketing and delivered a fairly mediocre product.

Looking at NO's past track I think we can see the start of a curve.

So I guess we can say hook up at around 14.00 BST.

NO seems to have successfully navigated to the north of AK, despite Stornes and her stone filled pipe.

Hook up should be within an hour or so but it may be difficult to be accurate because the AIS isn't that good for AK.

Yes, he could well do - he has absolutely no incentive to sign other than as Matrix said, they are partners and I guess future relations could turn rather sour if he doesn't get on with it.

But if their are legitimate reasons for not signing that is a different matter - the March cold weather shut down comes to mind..

The final sign off is presumably down to AB himself so I guess no one actually knows the date - maybe even AB hasn't made the final decision.

It must be just like snagging for a new house, the owner can always find something else that needs doing.

My guess is that AB will finally relent sometime this autumn before the winter storms set in but that is just a guess.

One thing is for sure, Bumi need final commissioning far more than Enquest and AB will squeeze them before he signs - other oil companies do exactly the same thing, I have noticed.

AK has moved around to facilitate the hook up without getting in Stornes way - shuttle tankers and rock dumping vessels don't mix, especially when the rock dumping vessel had a pipe full of rocks dangling from its under belly !!!
