The territorial waters of all Med nations just extend 12 miles from the shore.

If the US want to stop her they will have to physically do it on the high seas before she sails into a Syrian port - if that is where she is heading.

They are clearly not going to dock in Kalamata but when you look at the shipping lanes using Kalamata as a destination makes perfect sense. Most vessels going east in the Med use Port Said as their destination and then turn south east because they are going through the Suez Canal. Take a look at the shipping lane.

Vessels heading for and past Kalamata will use the shipping lane that passes between the Greek mainland and the small island of Kithira - this takes them due east towards Turkey, Cyprus and Syria.

Yes, I would agree that the likelihood of further dilution is very slim but some investors clearly didn't want to take the risk - hence the fall in the SP - I mentioned it just to give clarity.

The reason for the drop from 4p to 3p was twofold -
1. There was lots of good news issued in May.
2. After the results were announced at the end of May the SP fell because there seemed to be a risk of more dilution.

While I agree that SM is a strong buy it does come with a caveat - SM may have to issue convertible bonds to get them away - however this is I think already priced into the SP.

Until its fact rather than speculation we still remain in limbo but its just a case of being patient.

The problem is that we simply don't know what has happened to Woodford's holding - the assumption is that he has sold out or almost sold out but we have seen no confirmation RNS - personally I think someone is still offloading and when that changes we will se a big jump.

Up around a dollar on Fridays close in London - bodes well for a better week - everything crossed.

My first investment here was in July 2017 when the SP was over 20p and I have held all the time since - we have had a very bad case of dilution since then - I was down around 92% at one stage - but now I just need the SP to rise over 3p to be in profit.

The potential has always been here, but it has taken such a long time for potential big name customers to make decisions and buy product - hence the dilution. The new board of Directors has made a big difference in the last year and hopefully we are now on track for the big time.

It was the macro economic jitters that caused the bond issue to be pulled so we need an improvement in sentiment to assure success when SM return to the market. Investors tend to look for very safe investments in troubled times.

Probably the best way for us to keep an eye on how sentiment is improving - or not as the case may be - is simply to look at the Dow Jones index. At the moment it is rising, but it is still some way off what it was at the end of July - lets hope it continues to rise back towards those levels - around 27,000.

When we get clarification of share ownership this will probably become a big issue - the shares have until recently been in just a few sticky hands.

Excellent, that explains why they did a STS at sea off Ceuta - it all makes sense now - the Kraken part of the load was around 525k - load #42 - maybe they needed the heavier Kraken crude to balance out the rest of the cargo.

The problem now is that Trump has far more influence over the Oil Price than the Saudi's - until that changes we are stuck at these levels.
Also Saudi has a much easier job keeping other OPEC members in line at the moment - it can regulate supply - but if the situation improves in Libya and Venezuela that may become impossible.

High Street retail is all bad news I think but there are certainly good options with online retail - the only trouble is finding an entry point - one I was watching was BOO - up 25% since January. Also a very good save haven - especially in a downturn - is MAB - a very well run restaurant chain.
