Indeed. Though can't blame people either. The track record of the company has been shoddy. Despite this I am confident that some good times/ news flow is going to be coming frequently. Central to Orosur's plans moving forward has to be more interaction with the market and build back trust.

Yeah it seems that way bhargav. It makes complete sense for Agnico to be in the mix though. Our misgivings for them is basically due to on Omi's share price tumbling and issues such as drilling wrong direction etc. It's a bit harsh on Agnico perhaps with a different agreement in place they might be better partners for Omi, especially as three in the bed although sounds like a wet dream can throw up all kinds of issues that wouldn't happen in a duo.

The major major positive for me if it is Agnico, they obviously have seen all the data and know it's a monster that they don't want to let go. We all know it, the asset is not the issue here.

I think this is where PI has the edge, the price has been battered down to a pulp. I agree if phase 2 was entered, drilling at 49pc...our share price would be a lot a lot higher than today....it is a pretty easy sell to say at 100pc holding of Anza our share price will be a lot higher...JV secured, even higher still.

With those certainties bigger pockets will come and that is the advantage we have as PI, being in before the herd and being ahead of the curve. I feel like adding now is just that, I don't think they can be any clearer.

I think what Seingred's main point was they had a healthy cash position, well especially for a tiddler, but do they really have much to show for it, especially since care and maintenance. They have burnt through money when not much seemed to have happened on the surface...they are however kings of soil, rock and stream samples but where has the rigs been etc. Ok they've taken on a few projects but market have been luke warm at best to them. It is definitely a valid point. One which we commented on for last couple years, in which we have all been "it's ok still a few years off, still a few quarters, majors paying for Anza etc. Well this has changed and would be a real reason why some are worried are put off. Most agree the asset is second to none but track record and the directors? Market may think they are wide boys... especially as the directors are not aligned with their shareholders. Collective as we love that example are heavily aligned for instance...

I don't think Dr is miles off. If Agnico are really interested, I am sure they are, but at possibly better terms than "the agreement", then Orosur are probably saying well what you going to give us to sweeten the deal? $30millon historically has been spent already, but not really scratched the surface. So whoever gets in has a bit of a headstart with a good idea of what Apta has and what Pepas could be..but if they want to know more they have to have deep pockets.

Orosur clearly need a JV partner that is more aligned to make Anza a success. My feelings are pretty strong that if I had to pick and if they were interested, I would be banging Aris' door. Who knows if they would be interested. Really like the work of Collective though.

Finance aside, Orosur have a good stable of projects on the books. I'm definitely not ruling out a few curve balls over the next few months. The company do however have a few issues that needs rectified with finance and public perception at the top of the pile. Perceptions will change if Brad and co can start pulling rabbits out of hats. A few wins and this place will bouncing.

I agree with all the points... Orosur's cashburn has always been an issue, there's not many shares in circulation currently and having 100pc of Anza should open a few doors. As Dr says Anza has a walk up target in a prime location, it will be an interesting proposition for someone out there for sure. It doesn't attract the calibre of Newmont or Agnico otherwise.

Perhaps the JV is already agreed with Agnico behind closed doors, perhaps not. It will be an interesting scenario to watch for as they've been trying to wrap their claws around Anza for a while now. Argentina has scope for a JV also, we've not heard much from there for a while but seems to be an interesting project with a bit of potential and a few heavy weights in an around as well.

I think there are some attractive incentives that the Nigerian government have put in place to utilise their natural resources, I think the lithium project brings a completely new investor to Orosur. If Orosur start getting a bit of traction there; which I assume they are currently working on; again we have another driver to help push share price and finance. The Chinese are making waves there and getting proper infrastructure in place so I am genuinely excited by that project.

To be fair I expect dilution at some point but if they are raising to really push on projects and it is an exciting place to be with drills turning, the mcap has a chance to quickly shift also. It's been alluded to already but the Orosur team have been working towards this quarter and quarter 2. It's not coincidence that things are starting to appear from the woodwork. That news flow and look at us, we are so good is only going to build. It is pretty certain the pump is on for these boys...their livelihoods depends on it.

Everything we already know in today's RNS and conformation that minor projects are going to have some significance with building momentum in and around the main course of Anza negotiations which was the box standard response to market a couple days ago. Remember the team are on the ground in Anza currently as per Orosur's tweet and negotiations will move quicker now as per interview.

Still early doors..... last rise was on rumour and speculation from traders. This rise feels more solid with more foundation to it. 2024 is going to be a news packed year for Orosur so it's more likely now folks at these prices are going to hold a little longer. Most long termers will have sticky hands at these prices. And now anyone actually wanting to accumulate is going to struggle in any real volumes. Agreement in principle

and in place, been bitten by Brad before but this feels legit to me plus no way they want egg over their face again. The signs were always there though, knew there was still a presence at Anza and sampling being undertaken. Still time to jump in though probs best be quick as it sounds like we are going to get a running commentary of negotiations up to the point it's 100% in our hands. Wouldn't surprise me as well if news from the other projects are dropped in also, perhaps a curve ball somewhere. The Orosur team are going to be working overtime this year that is a given.

Bhargav was a shoe in that they were looking shares when Zak was calling it a damp squib. Of course it's time for additions nom nom that is if you can get in any great quantity.

Probably already agreed Rob or not far off, just ironing out the details (with Agnico) would not surprise me.

Suppose Rob I think Newmont done their bit for phase 1. If Omi get 100pc back though and it's a pay later, why not. Plenty money has been spent, wealth of data accumulated. Working relationship, they have a presence down in Argentina next to Omi's project and they are still Omi's main shareholders....nuclear options wouldn't go down well. It's all positive. My only negative is Agnico hanging about like a bad smell. Clear they want a piece of the pie but on their terms. Be grand if they had the ability to drill in the right direction...sorry Agnico it's a cheap shot but we all know that you want the source for next doors allotment :)

Yes Jackbal hard to have confidence in these perennial losers. The consensus seems to be that there is NOT another player in town currently, Omi will get back 100pc, they'll get a bit of finance to push on with Pepas drills. They'll look to add another JV partner in future. I think for them it's a lot cleaner that way with contracts and pursuing another JV later. It also puts Anza back in Omi's hands and then a new JV/ agreement could be formulated on different terms with potential suitors. Basically any other potential suitor would not be constrained to the current agreement terms. Maybe there is another JV partner lined up but they have to wait until Anza is back 100pc 1st.

It's a difficult one as nothing is certain in this game. The RNS and tweets were different ends of the spectrum (positive/negative). Have to say it has confused me..I think the RNS came across more negative than it was meant too, I think what was meant was to be more along the lines of "things progressing, signing from same hymn sheet, due diligence now"....but also to give a bit of time to iron out the final details with a disclaimer that things might not work out to cover themselves.

Jackbal I think that's a fair point. Market doesn't know until the market gets the red dot to say. We've been bitten there before re phase 2. Also, everything is conjecture, Newmont haven't even officially opted out of phase 2 yet to the best of my knowledge. Market didn't react bad, price held well...if it held on that news it's pretty certain with the planned shift of gear in news flow the direction is north. I agree though market want to know how it will look, expect an interview/ webinar shortly. 100pc Anza is worth a lot more than a minor stake in it, which will have a significant effect on share price...but of course dilution could too...there will be a creative structure, it won't involve up front payments to secure Anza back.

Yes pirate peat, there is going to be dilution at some point. Finance options have surely been looked at. This year was always going to be interesting from that perspective but there are also a lot of catalysts now that can boost Omi's share price. Brad and Louis are crafty, most of us seem the script last year, bet your bottom dollar these boys will be working overtime shortly. Slightly constrained by lawyers, if they do get Anza back, watch the spin they create. They have a lot of bridge building to do with market so expect a few easy wins to give them back some credibility
