So the trading year 2017 is very nearly complete. Can I ask if anyone knows if these figures will be based on 13 months. I seem to remember that the 2016 Full Year figures were restricted to just 11 months so that TRX could align there tax year with the calendar year. I'm sure I didn't dream this detail up. If I am correct it would mean that the full 2017 figures could be very exciting from a turnover / profit point of view. I also hope that the new CEO announces some positive news as soon as possible in the new year. Chester

Having discussed the current situation previously I cannot see any reason not to buy at this low price, so I've just topped up. Yes sure, the price could fall further because someone keeps offloading big chunks but whats really changed. The last report on the business came in September for the Half Year to 30th June. So right now TRX are in the last trading month of their financial year. What we last heard was a 113% increase in TRX sales over the first quarter and just a few days ago, "Trading Remains in Line With the Boards Expectations". My take is that we will hear some news early January once the new CEO Knows where the business is at and these prices will be history. Simples...... All the Best. Chester

Considering that �40M was raised at 10p and that the new CEO has not been in the chair for more than a month, I think the falling price is down to panic selling or short selling. When the price was around 22p there were 762 million shares valuing the company at �168M. Now TRX own a profit making business in the USA and I presume an increasing turnover of their own products. At the current price the company is valued at only �84M and we have a major acquisition plus �10-15M in the bank. I agree I would also welcome a comment or two from the CEO but lets give the man a chance to understand what his current position is and what strategy he wants to implement. As you can probably tell I'm going to Hold as I have enough trust that the company is stronger than this current price. ATB Chester

Someone thinks 8.5p is a good price. Considering that not so long ago we were at 22p as a stand alone business and in the early stages of breaking into the US market, what will TRX / Cellright be worth once the next set of accounts are in. I realise there is always the chance of the share price slipping if there is a period of no news but the upside potential TRX is solid. This could be a very exciting share to be in once the sales of their established and new products start to make headway. I'm invested here and very happy to be patient. Its not affecting the trades on the Nasdaq so can only presume its a glitch. It would have been very nice though.....

I am absolutely no expert in the field of small Bio companies. I have invested in Verona Pharma because I have followed the company closely and I am satisfied that the clinical results to date have been outstanding in an area that needs progress. Also, there are 12 large Bio Investment Funds that have a lot more resources than me who have put in millions of pounds. When one or five of those boys walk then grab a life jacket. Right now we are awaiting results and that means that market makers and jittery private investors will impact on the share price. This share went down to 1.85p and then on news rose to 5p. what we need is patience and of course good technical / medical results. I'm keeping the faith. All my own opinion tempered by the facts as I see them.

If those large trades were if fact sells the price would have been marked down well below the current range. So unless the market makers were just feeling very generous, which is probably 'a bit of a stretch' of anyone's imagination, they had to be buys and that is very telling.. We'll find out tomorrow because someone taking such a huge position will not go unnoticed . All the best Chester

This share is being significantly controlled, at every significant buy trying to tick the price upward there are a group of smaller sells pushing the price ever lower. If you think about it we have not been near 1.79p for an age so why sell small amounts when you have as much chance of seeing the price bounce. My opinion 'control' this has continually happened for weeks. Other that 'making a market' I am confused as to what the agenda would be... Chester

The 500k trade at 10.40am was my buy. I am in the camp that says that Reneuron's technology will prove effective and life changing its just a matter of time, Fred keep the faith you've just taken a position early so patience is the ticket. Chester.

Good question, so read the proposal through again and the 17th Jan mid price is the price for the potential new share offering. So to generate £108M they will issue 3,248,120,300 new shares which will consolidate to 64,962,406 new ADS Nasdaq shares. The 50:1 consolidation price will be on the day, so if at 3p that day the price will become £1.50 I hope that helps GLA

I was in Silence Therapeutics(SLN) when they did a 50 to 1 share consolidation back in 2013. The share was around 4p/share and after consolidation £2.00/share. Over a short period of time the shares hit £3.74 and have since declined to £1.00/share. SLN just did not and have not followed up with good positive trial data and so the decline happened. I think we working with a different beast in VRP. The trial data has been strong, the path towards Phase III trails in COPD is being mapped out and hopefully the investigation into CF proves that 554 will help those patients. The VRP board have built and are still building the foundations in preparations to support what could be a major new drug. As SPOT pointed out this share is all about the continued good data, that's what is going to determine our future price.

It's always difficult to say why somebody sells when we expect nothing but good news ahead. My cynical mind thinks that the price may be being held back, it looks like a lot of money to us pi's but some of the funds are in for £M's. If the USA placement happens soon then I'm probably right. If not, then somebody just needs their investment somewhere else.

I wish you well as I'm with you on the fundamentals of VRP. Obviously it can go wrong but so far all of the data from the trials have confirmed that we are invested in a sound company. All VRP needs now is positive news from the CF trial or a confidence boosting report from JAK that everthing is on track and we should see the sp begin to climb. It is hard to keep having patience but it can't be long now to the Nasdaq news 'One day Rodders'....

Firstly, I would like to wish all the faithful VRP'ers a very successful and healthy 2017. I've not been a VRP addict for as long as the venerable LTH's but I was converted and have been a shareholder from just before the anticipated success of RPL700. So not all that long but you can now definitely call me a true believer... On the share options they could have been KAB's because of conflict of interest issues, whether GSK are interested or not in our products. In most situations you cannot hold share options once you have left the company and especially if its a competitor of sorts. KAB seems to have been in a high enough of a senior position to have been granted share options. Just a very possible assumption. As probably everyone else I await the Nasdaq announcement with great anticipation. Good Luck All.

Another extremely positive piece of news. This again validates that when evaluated against all other current ways of treating patients with ulcers or wounds the dCELL product is proven to save on hospital time and medication. Exactly what the medical insurance system wants. I think 2017 is going to be very good to Tissue Regenix..

I totally agree that the current second half revenues will drive share price momentum. The companies USA sales target for the second half of this current year is £800 to 900k ( first half was £600k ) which if achieved will prove that the medical insurance companies that have signed up to use dCELL are really seeing the cost benefits and approving more and more spend on our product. My hope is that the sales figures in January are strong and showing that rapid uptake of dCELL. Added to todays news that OrthoPure XT is also a market breakthrough and deals are already being done, I'm sure this company will hit the predicted 44p or more inside 18 months. As always this is just my opinion but these products are proving to be perfectly matched to what the medical profession want and need. ATB....

I am presuming that all Pharma companies would have breathed a sigh of relief now Trump is in the Whitehouse. I have seen comments that Hilary Clinton declared that if she won, Pharma prices would be forced lower, putting development programmes at risk. I hope VRP will hold off the US listing until after the current shock waves have died down, so what are the chances of early January 2017?
