Had an awful nightmare, I dreamt that I won 500 grand on the lottery the day after Scancell announced they'd agreed a deal with Biontech, Won the Grand Challenge and the FDA had approved the US trial. Morning Jim It's just business speak meaning that the turnover / sales targets as set out in the company's budget are being met. If you check with past RNS year end you will see that the sales forecast for 2018 is around £12.5m. So it seems that TRX are more or less on target to meet that figure. ATB Chester

The MCap is now down to £30.5M Which is a snip given the latent share potential built up with the great strides forward we've seen in the last twelve months. Question : Will we see a huge rerate once we are back into clinical trials? Just cannot get my head around the continual selling. ATB Chester

The Brexit debate and uncertainty is definitely weighing heavily on our share price. With no revenue the share is deemed to be not worth buying, BUT.. This is a good opportunity to either collect some more shares on the cheap or get in for the first time. I've said this before, TRX has not missed once on their sales targets Even though the sales growth target is extremely steep. Another year's sales complete at the end of December with news of results usually end of February or early March. I'm going to keep on buying what I can afford from here back up to 10p. This is just my opinion, but the company is moving swiftly towards profits and that's what I'm basing my excitement on. All the best, Chester

Typical AIM scenario, no company news or update and pi's start to sell. The share has gone down but on very little volume. Tissue Regenix did have a MCap of £220m before acquiring CellRight for £30m. They are only four months away from the announcing the 2018 full year figures and if the steep upward sales growth is still on track the SP must start to go north. My advice here is buy and hold based on recent successes of the company in winning new contracts and the huge potential their market. All just my opinion. Chester

Thanks Cars, I think that was what I was trying to get to. The more us diehard believers hold the more difficult it will be to get a good holding once the news spreads. I think we've been quite lucky to have had the opportunity to build at the recent discount. Not saying I wouldn't want the SP over 20p but as soon we do go into trials we'll never see these levels again. I'm also glad Berm put me right because I'd got the wrong end of that stick... Chester

Well I will just have to keep on accumulating as and when funds allow. I actually bought some shares when they were at 35p and I will be very happy when there back up at that fair value price. May I say that I am enjoying owning these shares, like many others I been on a learning curve and although still a bit baffled by the science I am totally amazed by LD and her team. Truly remarkable discoveries. Chester

Hi Berm I read that on the 25th July 2018 the number of shares, 'not in public hands' was 17.86%. Which I interpreted as, the rest was in institutional funds. But the website actually says that 122.5m are either held by Institutional or the directors. I stand corrected as that means there are 265.3m shares in free float and I just don't think us mere mortals will hold 4% of that figure. What a shame. You've proper bust my bubble.... Haha Chester

The 16.7m is the number of shares held in private hands. Institutional Investors hold 82.5% So I'm only musing about what's in the private domain. It would just be interesting to know if we have as many 3% or 5%. Chester

Just a thought : of the 12 / 15 regular posters I'm wondering what percentage of the free floating shares we have between us. From info openly said on here I know for a fact that me, C7, Inanaco and one other we have just under 2 million. We also know one private investor did hold 7 million and the free float is only 67 million (17.5% of total shares). I'm just wondering between us all what our percentage of the company is. If it's over 4% we could put someone on the board... 😁 Chester

Just looked back at the trades declared on LSE and there are not enough sells below that price to support them being buys. So only having that info to go off they were sells...

Having run my own business for 20 years I can assure you there are plenty of tasks and demands for the non-science / management bods... How do you think a 2,600 page submission is pulled together, who answers all the questions from CRUK, ISA Pharma, BionTec, Karolinska, The FDA etc etc etc.... The workload at this relatively small company must be immense, but they are making fantastic progress... So please give up the 'their being paid for nothing' nonsense... Chester

Thank you Steve, Just listened to your very excellent recording. Good to actually hear the scientist and the business leaders speak about their passion and responsibilities. This is cutting edge stuff and we know it can't just be a straight line, what is encouraging is the passion and confidence that is conveyed. The meeting was in part difficult for the board but they answer each question calmly and kept on point. It convinces me that my investment is sound and the share price is well undervalued given the amazing future potential. So impressed by LD. Chester

You would presume at that price it's definitely a buy. But it seems so unfair at my average that would have cost me about £50k to buy amount. (if only).... Also, how long does it usually take to leave the car park at Oxford Utd ground..? Chester
