I am up to page 17 and it is getting worse........far worse. You need to go to *********************, register with them and then read the report. I think I may have to be careful what I say here Pharmer1 because the report is stated "Strictly Private and Confidential" and I don't want to be in contempt or whatever. But please believe me, you NEED to read the report. To hope this is going to go away and that this is a "buying opportunity" is burying ones head in the sand to the greatest depth; it WON'T and IT AIN'T!. Even if it IS proved to be totally false, it will take time and the damage will be done. I say this in all honesty and well meaning. Well, the little of the report I have read so far, up to page 8 is damning. It is marked "private and confidential" but is now available for many to read, so who was it written for?. It does rather confirm (if it be true) what some have been thinking and saying and indeed warning about elsewhere. I'm afraid this has the hallmark of what happened to QPP about it. If you followed what happened there after the Gotham City report then you will probably have your question answered. Bit of a tree shake on the back of ALU trading update today possibly. Perhaps there was a large buy order waiting to be filled and the market makers were dropping the price to fill it by freeing up shares from those who sold. It would have been a good opportunity to increase ones holdings early on if one had the confidence. Thankfully i sat on my hands. Nothing I can remember reading anywhere to spook this share. CM

For anyone who is considering selling out of INL due to the disappointment of the trading update RNS being delayed again, bear in mind that Q1 for housebuilders is tradionally a good quarter. No guarantee of course. INL remains in a relatively tight trading range, at present. Good luck all and regards CM

Jumped off and only 1/2 jumped back on again around the 154p mark. Decided to take some profit earlier when I thought the price had risen enough. I am still making a profit but only 1/2 as much as I would have done had I stayed in with the full holding. No more sure than anyone else can be as to how high this will go. Attractive divident as well of course. Not sure about £2 being imminent Pastyc...........depends what timescale you put on imminent I guess. Good luck all Regards CM

Howdy PingPong1. Good to see you here my friend. Been here long?, or just bought in?. Disappointed by the fall today but the market decided to concentrate on the negative (although already known) about the delays. I saw nothing relating to a profit warning, although if the delays continue then profits may not meet expectations I suppose. There was much optimism within the report and the Chairman seemed very positive. I did consider buying more shares at sub 113p early this morning but had to onto the shop floor to work. By the time I checked the price again later, the price had risen back up to 120p so I delayed and consequently sat out for the rest of the day. Robbie Burns, the NT, rarely gets his investments wrong even if they take a hit occasionally. I believe I read somewhere on one of his recent blogs re. QP that he was prepared to sit out any volatility; well this may well be one of those periods. Still a bit of a kick in the pants short term. Good luck all Regards CM

Well, well, well. GBG performs again...........no real surprise. So, congrats to all those of you who have stayed aboard and are invested here. I am just a mere looker oner these days as you know BT, but I still wish all well. As you said, we all have to make decisions re our investments, when to buy, and even harder when to sell. Of course I regret selling out when I did, but hey, I made a tidy sum here (to make up for some tidy losses elsewhere). Paul Scott on Stockopedia continues to rate GBG well overpriced as he has done for as long as I can remember, but again, it shows that he too is only human and can and does make mistakes. We should continue to do our own research and not totally rely on others opinions who ever they are. Totally agree with your comments over interest rates. They will inevitably rise, but only slowly, maybe by only 1/8% initially; a 1/4% as an overall % of where they are at present would seem quite a jump, but not if the interest rates were at say, 4%. The idea that interest rates will return to the norm of around the 4% mark may be true in the longer term, but I personally see no danger of that in the medium term. Indeed what is the norm?, is there a new norm?. Why do we even have to think of the norm being 4% (my own figure incidentally). Both you and I will remember interest rates being considerably higher of course. Thanks for your comments about my mother BT. She continues to improve and I hope to visit her again mid November to see with my own eyes the transformation. It is always good to receive good news, whether it is financial over shares or more importantly to do with loved ones and their health. I hope your other investments are doing well BT. Mine are a bit of a mixed bag at present. I think you may be invested in REDD as well as me, which is performing well. What I really MUST do is to learn to have patience. A healthy number of ex investments have risen far above what I sold out at at a moment of market weakness and my weakness to see the storm out (not just GBG). Hi DE. So you are here to, very good. Hope your other investments are doing well. Robbie Burns, NT, made the following entry on his blog of 23 Sep: "..................Quantum Pharma. I hadn't intended to buy more but I couldn't resist the sudden drop yesterday and picked up a few more for the long term. A great story this one." According to NT blog the share purchase was at 120p. Some familiar posters here I see. Looks like we have a common interest when it comes to a number of companies. I considered buying in today, but wanted to do a little more research first. Could have bought in at 125.5, perhaps I will have an opportunity tomorrow. The below is taken from a Naked Trader blog earlier in the year. "Quantum Pharma (QP.) looks very interesting indeed. I like the look of it and bought it twice - once live at Monday's seminar and also a spreadbet or two. This is one that actually makes a profit - and a good one too! I like that its trading update said results which will be sometime in May (probably before I update next) will be comfortably ahead of expectations. On that score, the shares look very cheap. It reached a significant milestone recently by launching its first licensed medicine, Aviticol . Quantum also has cash and is using it to acquire others - indeed it just announced it bought Lamda Labs which looks a good fit. I think Quantum has some considerable upside and I am thinking of it as one I could make decent money on and might even be holding it in two year's time. I've had good success trebling my money and more with companies like Vectura and BTG and wonder if this could be a new super one. I don't know yet, but I'm going to try and hold for a while ignoring volatility and see how it plays out." NT has recently bought more into the company which is reassuring. I have looked at his performance over the last 4 months or so and nearly all, if not all, of his investments are showing gains. I do not follow him blindly, but use him as a start for research. My problem is I tend to get impatient and sell out too soon. Also interesting to note from you Rivaldo that Slater is a holder; that too is positive. Hmm, lets see what tomorrow brings. GLA CM

I sold my car to webuyanycar.com today. Quick sale, not a great price. The initial value is reasonable, but then reductions are made for every scratch, bump, dent, even those that are hard to see or were unnoticed. The salesman has no say in the reductions, they are worked out for them; they just take note of any damage (if that is what it is) and feed it into the computer. However, it did give me food for thought about the company. Profit is based on volume of cars bought and sold. I am impressed by who the institutional investors are here and their % holding. I wasn't looking to invest anywhere more but I will look into it over the weekend. It wasn't the reason for selling my car!. This maybe of the radar at present and I notice the b board is quiet - usually a good sign. Regards CM

Current spread is showing 313.5-319.0, giving a mid price of approx. 316, 8.75 above the sp being quoted here right now. So effectively not down at all. Hopefully it will remain so come day end, or better. CM

The Rights Issue price of 153.0 pence per New Common Share, which is payable in full on acceptance by not later than 11.00 a.m. on 19 October 2015, represents a discount of 43.8 per cent. to the Closing Price of 272.0 pence per Common Share on the Last Practicable Date and a theoretical ex-rights price of 235.4 pence per Common Share calculated by reference to the Closing Price on the Last Practicable Date. The Company proposes to offer New Common Shares by way of the Rights Issue to Qualifying Shareholders on the following basis: 4 New Common Shares for every 9 existing Common Shares held by Qualifying Shareholders on the Record Date and so in proportion to any other number of Common Shares then held, and otherwise on the terms and conditions as set out in this document and, in the case of Qualifying Non-CREST Shareholders (other than Excluded Overseas Shareholders) only, the Provisional Allotment Letter. and: Qualifying Shareholders who do not take up their entitlements to New Common Shares (whether directly or through New Depositary Interests) will have their proportionate shareholdings in the Company diluted by approximately 30.8 per cent. Good evening BT, finally have got back to you. Thanks for your thoughts. Not a great day here nor anywhere else it seems re the markets. It really does seem the market is looking to be worried about anything and would be worried if it wasn't worried!. GBG does seem to be going great guns overall and a great deal better than anything else I have bought into since selling out here (what a mistake). My mother continues to improve it seems and she is now getting about without her zimmer and the use of just one stick. The morphine is being reduced and hopefully will be further reduced shortly. I will probably pay one more visit South before the year end (5 visits so far) just to get a better picture of progress. Hope your w/e away with Mrs. BT went well. "Looked at market from afar" sounds interesting. I very much agree with your post of 25 August BT, pretty much couldn't put it better myself. I think both the economy here and in the U.S is relatively strong and see no obvious signs that things are about to go belly up. The US market probably sighed with relief when the interest rates were kept on hold only to then think, hold on, perhaps things are a lot worse than we thought..........better drop the market. Had the interest rates gone up they probably would have thought, hold on, perhaps things are too good and interest rates will be raised further and faster...........better drop the market. In other words, thing it was probably a no win situation. Personally, I don't see why interest rates have to go back up as high as they once were just because that is how things should be and were. Don't see why the new "norm" can not be a lower interest rate economy, subject to controlling inflation etc.. Makes me laugh though about "average pay rises being 2-3%", oh really?. Average is just that though, an average, some will be above and some will be below!. Hopefully this won't affect the likes of GBG nor other investments we have BT. I can understand the frustration here awaiting results and for some positive movement in the share price. However, as I have mentioned in a previous post I see this as a slow burner, at least for the time being. I don't see any obvious negativity for this share, nor for the housing sector at present. I think if we are looking for quick returns then INL is not going to be the share for us. Perhaps more high risk/high reward would be more in keeping, but the emphasis I would put on the high RISK, not the high reward. So, what sort of return do we want over say the course of a year on our investment?. That is naturally a very individual question.. Some would be happy with 10%, others with nothing less than at least 50%. Over the course of the last month the share price has risen by around 3%, from around 67.5 to todays level of 70p. Nothing startling. However, if we project that over the course of a year that would be around 36%. Not getting carried away, lets say over the year it is 25%, the equivalent of moving from 56p to 70p. We would probably bite the hand off any bank or building society manager if they were to offer us that. Imagine the queues at the doors!. Personally, I would be happy with any/all of my holdings if they were to give me a return of anything above 20% over the year. So, in my opinion we have to be patient. The results will be released when they are released; a delay of a few days or a week is not important. And, important for me, this is a share I feel I can sleep more easily with, although of course that may all change. Another thing to mention is that compared to other companies in this sector, INL is still relatively under the radar. It isn't getting noticed........yet. And it occupies a space where a majority of others aren't present, namely brownfield sites; which to my recollection the government is keen on developing and with less stringent restrictions re planning permission. I, along with others await the latest results with eager anticipation but happy to wait another week or so. Regards CM
