Just been checking out the BBs, having slept for over 48 hours!! Needed that and guess you guys needed to see a decent blue day as you had.

Not very update with the news herem the last few weeks have beena bit unreal for me, I was given the all clear at UCLH a few weeks ago from my fourth diagnosis with lung cancer, then wenr to see my brother in a hospice to share a day, it proved his last, who i had learnt was fighting the same cancer as me. A bitter sweet day if there was ever one.

I mentioned a few weeks ago I fancied a recovery here, just don"t want to get deeper into AIM, so didn"t by in, but good to see a good day here, wish you all a good Bank Holiday Weekend and BOL for the coming weeks. ATVB

Well it has been a busy informative week, we know exactly where we stand with the SCIB1 trial, the Financial Statement has been published and ewe even have the date of the AGM confirmed.

Supposed we clawed back the losses seen Monday morning, opening at 6/7p and closing the week on a much healthier 7/7.50.

On top of that we welcome back Bermudashorts, his research astounds me, and it is far from limited to just Scancell which is so important as we try to determine exactly what data we will need in the forcoming trials.

A great week for me also, Monday spent at the UCLH, all looking as well as can be there, and we have a plan for the coming few years, and the last few days I must have slept for 48 hours just genuinly tired from the exertions of the week, welcoming back my special lady, and just feeling grateful I have made it when so may haven"t, for now and feeling stronger by the day.

Appreciate this BB so much as we mix facts, research and great sense of humours into our daily ,mix and with the AGM brought forward to the 12th September i feel a great opportunity for us all to find out exactly where we are at this juncture, more important where the BOD are to be exact.

So yes a good time for a break for ll you gus who have busy lives, I guess I strarted my chill Wednesday afternoon and sleeping to now feel a mothers load better, 3 points at Norwich tomorrow morning will please me no end.

Lets hope so now, it is not the first time, from we shall know in a short time, to monetising the assetts, and now Mondays RNS. I think Top Cat and Officer Dibble will be watching releases carefully now, another AGM to look forward to soon, sure many issues will be resolved there.

Bermuda, good evening, a couple of questions there. I saw the RNS from AZ this morning, they actually had two, what does a company have to show to get a voucher like that? As you say it sounds bonkers but literlly they give you what appears to be $95m to do with as you please? must be more to it than that.

As far as logistics did we not read a rumour that Martin Diggle is considering relocating to the U.K. for a period of time? or was that just wishful thinking?

Crumbs, I can only imagine Glenthorne is happy with the Vulpes investment, it certainly moved the share and IMHO won"t be the last time.

Crumbs, lol, yes he will. Were the options for him set at about 22p......I can"t remember now.

Martin Diggle isn"t underwater though, and I am pretty sure on agreeing his first stake, plans were put into place for the next issuanceor taking into account any commercial deals that are likely. No, I think we are in very good hands now, there was a gaping space for someone of Diggles experience and financial knowledge for some time. I think that has been filled and we as a company will see the benefits of that very soon. Take care.

And I guess knowing the SCIB1 trial is starting very soon and the MOD1 trial will be following that just makes me think about going forward now and not lingering in some past issues.

Probably the biggest factor in how I feel is Martin Diggle and the Vulpes investment. They spent an awful lot of time and research, not to mention pretty thorough due digilance before deciding on taking a 16.67% stake in us, as a long term investment. I always said the BOD were talking with such certainty that they knew the investment was coming when it did, and I do believe the next round Vulpes will be a significant player too. Yes the cynics will play on the 5p they paid, but I think their timing came about from last August when the market knew City Financial were in deep trouble, albeit we as a BB didn"t pick up on that. Ruck correctly made a point to me about not making Vulpes sound like the Messiah valuable partnership, for the long term, and I choose to believe they know a lot more than we do. Hopefully at the AGM much more will be revealed, and i just feel investor confidence will rise significantly. So I am more than happy on that basis to find out more and rather than "wrath" I do want to make a point about communication in the future. Rather than seeing it as going back, I feel we can all benefit from a vast improvement in that area.

As I said I do know where you are coming from, we will soon find out, but with what lies ahead I think we all have a lot to look forward too, and just being back in human trials will make such a difference, it seems a lifetime ago when we were last in that position.

Tend to agree Deadly, but LTH do have trading pots too. My last buys were £6k at around 7.50 back in February, I not only wanted more shares but it brought my average down considerably.

Tell me something, and I"m interested in all opinions, but going back to the placings at 10p and 12p, I understand by what we know now, why we are sitting around where we are now, albeit I don"t think it will be very long until we are back to those levels at least.

I think the odds on favourite for news, commercial wise, is from our collaboration with BioNTech. Didn"t the current agreement run out end June??

Apart from a couple of days where we have had no trades, that must be about the quietest day we have had.

And deadly just wanted to highlight there could well be a few people at the AGM who have at least doubled their money in a trade or two. Think that just might take the edge off their wrath!!!...........but get your point.

.P.S. point i was trying to make is that they would risking he wrath from (some) investors if the SP is still languishing around the 7p at the time of the AGM. (And yes languishing is the appropriate word here IMO)

Well that is your opinion so it is a worthy one, I just wonder though, we have doubled since the SP hit 3.6p, there will be many who have topped up, sliced or just lowered their averages. As a LTH who didn"t buy or sell during that period I was just relieved we hit 10p, however briefly after seeing City Financial sell for 3p just a couple of months earlier. IMHO as I said yesterday I think we will rise to 8p+ around the time of the AGM, MMs are not exactly having an easy task getting shares ATM and as far as a deal with SCIB goes, I have a few replies from RG and CH, one of which I posted up yesterday and the thrust of all communications with the BOD are how important it is to gather data. To me that sounds as if we have interest in Immunobody, dependant on the data from the combo trial, and the same could easily apply to MOD1.

So, I don"t think they will face any wrath, pretty convinced IMHO we will hear patients dosed by the AGM, and as long as we feel confident in future timelines and direction of the company, not withstanding some input from Martin Diggle, I feel we will be content just to know we are on the right course for a far better SP performance in the months to come. Well thats how i feel, and after 7 years here, well I am relieved that we could have 3 trials running in 2020. ATB
