Very interesting article. Scares the life out me, when science and nature collide like this, but it is much like people are living older these days, due to medication and treatments for chronic disorders and diseases. What next? Certainly more on that for sure.

Loss, as expected IMHO, yes the inclusion of the third platform, and TBH the lack of comment, here and elsewhere?? Well Ruck what was you expecting?? The SCIB1 Trial "mystery"was put to bed yesterday, so no further comment there expected or necessary, and we know the situation with MOD1 and I rather think it is prudent at this stage not to give further timelines until we are absolutely sure they can be kept after SCIB1.

Pretty much the same for me, six months ago, I said the board must be aware of funding opportunities back then, and I would say the same now as we are about to enter in the SCIB1 trial and draw ever closer to the MOD1 trial.

Marked down a bit this morning. I seem to remember we had three MMs on the bid at 6.50, and one on the ask at 7p, that has been turned down to 3 v1.

Well after missing yesterdays RNS I was pretty determined not to miss todays.

Just a word about my post last night,, I really do understand how some people feel/felt reading back over the BB last night, when I heard the news about 2.00 yesterday, I had many hours to think it through and I was miffed bt the way CH told us initially, but decided there were price sensitive news at stake, and it does seem to me at every juncture they were expecting the IND to be approved, and to announce a Plan B before they knew for sure wouldn"t have been the best move either. So this is where we are and for me I am just happy to finally understand something which hasn"t sat right for a long time, and to finally be on the cusp of the SCIB1 Combo Trial.

So todays news, the Financial Report will let us know what our expenditure is, the Boards vision for the future, and updated statements as to the pipeline, commercial opportnities if they can, but reminded by the knowledge and it far from is directed at us, there are limitations to what can be said by RNS, as we learnt yesterday. Can"t remember reading other RNSs by other companies that are not followed by different views on the same words, so trust we will have a healthy debate like yesterdays was.

A very good day for me yesterday, they showed me the CT pictures of my tumour, before and after, and Ieven learnt a few tricks on how they decide "bad"tumours, well the current one looks very dead now which is very good news indeed. Same problems exist with my heart failure condition, COPD and lung disease, which my oncologist will treat in between scans as the prognosis remains very short there too. But happy, I feel as if I haven"t got the cancer, and that is one heck of a feeling after six years.

So to today.................lets have a good one and some more 500k buys will be very good.

I thought that was a very good interview again with CH and Martin Scott. Explained the issues as much as they could, and it sounds the trial wil be inderway very quickly.

Many good posts yesterday, I don"t think it has tarnished the trial at all, just delayed the involvement of Keith Flaherty for a period of time. Early indications of trial data will be available first half 2020, being an open label trial, and we are back in trials which for now is the important issue, not necessarilly where the trial will take place.

It was never going to be an easy IND, it has gone on for so much time without being granted so far, and I just hope those who expressed some anger at the manner in which we have been kept up to date yesterday, feel differently in time. I feel quite sympathetic to Scancell for delaying the details, as long as they have, and now respect them for no further delays, and just look forward to the data now. No single post altered my feelings, but there were many good posts yesterday and many good points made, lets go forward now, much to look forward too.

Understand your posts and feelings only too well, I felt the same momentarily as i took in the news, always good on a day with 138 schare chats to read everybodies opinions, and both side of the coin they are both understandable opinion.

I don"t think it will take very long once patients are dosed to put these issues behind us, I don"t trust or mistrust the BOD anymore for their actions, if there was any more information as to why the FDA have been such a stumbling block i would happily like to know it and understand it better.

Maybe Vukpes involvement has helped the B.O.D. see it in a different way, but surely now is the time to say what we were hoping to do hasn"t worked out and we now decise to proceed to go forward in the manner stated. To me that is very good news, the trial will start, data will be collected, our bloodline and the possibility of doing the U.S.A arm is still likely at another time.

But for now we shall go forward this way, which considering is our only choice is no bad thing. It was tricky not understanding the dynamics, which have to me been cleared up, let the trial begin now, MOD1 trial too, hope the SCIB2 trial happens as soon as possible and any dels with glycans or BioNTech still very possible. Interesting SP movements today, the bid back at 6.50, i just wonder if many/any will sell into that?

Looking forward as ever, as we progress, and i believe the decisions made will take as forward as we all want and expect, so no real need for me to want to go back and see what we did wrong, just want to see the results as things are now.

And we finished rather strongly I see with decent buys around 6.99/7, and just two trades over on NEX about 36k, two buys at 6.99. Well the 500k buy and 150k but more than covers half of the volume today, with plenty more buys to add as well.

And again just feel delighted and relieved that the "mystery" has been made very clear, could they have better communicated it? Well they have now and I refer to Rattys post again at about 14.30, it doesn"t really matter now, just happy patients will be dosed very soon, and Scancell will be back to saving and extending precious lives.

Hi guys, well once again we got big news on a day when I have spent many hours at the hospital. First time back since the op and all clear, and it went very well.

Got the gist of the RNS around 2 which is why I just posted "why didn"t CH just say"", but like often it is never as easy as that, and i was so pleased to see Rattys post about 14.30, which was clearly in my mind, but was such a well put together post I can only say I agree.

It was only just less than two weeks ago that Violin Dog posted about the delay and was pretty spot on in her thoughts, which has led to much conversation from everybody surrounding the SCIB1 trial and waiting for the IND. It just wasn"t clear to me that the IND was dependant upon the UK arm starting, makes a lot of sense now, after postink since then it didn"t make much sense to me. It does know, for that I am very grateful, and just delighted we can now begin the trial, have a boost to our current budget and I do believe without knowing all the ins and outs that tremendous data will change whatever is behind the FDA delay, and the question I have been asking myself of late, ""do we really need the IND just now"?? Happy to believe we don"t and happier to think we can concentrate now on the UK arm, and the forthcoming MOD1 trial, which I believe will please many harbouring some doubts on the BOD ability to keep timelines.

Why didn"t CH just say?!!

Yep we were the first with cancer vaccines, and we can be pretty sure Ichor have published our data ever since.

Which is all I meant by Scancell have probably helped lead AZ to Ichor. What fantastic data to show future clients as a means of proving up the electrporation, as well as circulating Scancells name to clients and yes, certainly AZ. So IMHO we are pretty well known and I am sure there will be many ears listening in to early data from our lead pipelines. In the case of MOD1 in particular that could well be now., as indeed SCIB1/2 is at anytime.

Can we only imagine the excitement when SCIB1 Combo Data becomes available, with respect not to just SCIB1 but to SCIB2 too. 64p anyone?
