Crazy as it seems but was it just two years ago when you were making a few noises about communication to be discussed at that years agm?? It rather coincided with you leaving this BB if my memory holds, and I just wanted to ask you did anything come from it on the day after it was brought up in Q & A? I ask because it is something I do want to bring up, as not a big criticism but because I still feel there is more that we can do, an excellent example being the recent situation with the IND, and so many of us were struggling to work out the whys and not, and all along never knew the two trials were linked in the manner they were.

Whilst welcoming back yourself and bermuda, and taking on board your kind words to Bermuda totally, I did find your opening post just a bit presumptive that in some quarters you wouldn"t be welcome, no such words from bermuda justa seamless return, and I only ask that any pre thoughts are dispersed in the coming weeks without aiding divisions that do sadly exist. You are entitled to any opinions you have on any poster here, but I am surprised that you overlook the many accusations nade to so many which are not a reflection on the truth at all. So it just begs the question ""do you agree with the criticisms as to ramping are necessary or even the insults to many for various reasons.

Knowlesi, we tend to not argue on this BB at all anymore, that pleases me as we agree on many things but the timelines, but just to help put a stop to continuing the rhetoric "can you really post one example where anyone has repeated buy buy buy? I know you can"t as I haven"t seen one post that says that, so i would ask you politely to stop with that, and all of us start finding the points we agree on rather than what we disagree on, the difference would be most interesting and cause so much fewer bad feelings. One thing we and the BOD hold as our closest similiratity is the feeling to save as many lives as possible. That works for me, the disputes as posters that we cling to doesn"t. So goodnight to you too, it takes two to tango, always has, hope we can just sort this issue out for one and all.

As I said to other shareholders who contacted me recently, despite market sentiment the fundamentals of Scancell have not changed. The RNS yesterday divulged no new news other than the financials, which I understand have caused some to be concerned. We manage our financial runway very carefully and obviously as we approach clinical studies our costs will inevitably increase. That said, we are well positioned to progress SCIB1 to the clinic within this first half, Modi-1 will also continue its trajectory towards the clinic following completion of successful toxicology studies and regulatory submissions. In addition, preclinical progression of Modi-2 will broaden and strengthen the overall base of the Moditope platform, as would a successful outcome from our TCR collaboration with BioNTech. In my view these are all significant milestones, but most important of all is the clinical data itself, and this is the year for execution to bring us closer to achieving that goal.

I am very sorry to hear of your personal circumstances, all of us at Scancell come to work each day with the goal to improve the lives of cancer patients and we remain committed in that endeavour. Our thoughts are with you.

Just a very honest reply to what was a very honest e-mail, and I have been surprised at someones negativity to corresponding with the BOD, but if you are not seeking what is considered inside information, you will no way get any!!, just nice to be able to get clarification on a few points we are seeking it on. Very much in line with my previous comments as to CHs decency and honesty, and yes I do believe it hasn"t been the easiest three years of his life as to communicating very good news to us shareholders. I do believe passionately now with the position on the U.S. IND clarified, and as we enter into trials with Keytruda the runway for good news awaits s as maybe in a way it has never been before, and in a market which is so brutal at the lack of regular news, we shold be very happy with that. Goodnigh guys, I did receive an even warmer reply from RG when I was given the all clear, IMHO we really do have a BOD that cares, and that came through Monday for me with the decision we couldn"t wait any longer to run both trials at the same time, and lets hope it is the best news for the patients who have been selected as their options are so few now.

Hi Ratty, I still need to read a few posts again, but my understanding of Patents is that we can extend the validity to compensate for time in development. Seems there is more than just that to take into account but a good time to find out for sure.

Yeah, they were nailed on to me, and it isn"t just from Level 2 information that I can tell. I guess I am lucky I have the time to do a few dummy sells during the day and bringing both into the equation yes you can predict better what is coming. Funny enough I was going to put down for 7.50, but went a bit conversative, but the blue day was pretty nailed on by the movements on Tuesday.

A very interesting BB full stop today. I have waited a long time for bermuda to come back, it just adds a big something to this BB, and I am sure many agree with that. Still sticking to my 8p+ prediction up to AGM or even just after it and can"t wait to hear about first patients injected. It saddens me when so many are just not making it and we get trials held up where they can save more lives. I would guess as I did yesterday that the patients are pretty much selected and keeping them waiting with Stage 3/4 melanoma is something we couldn"t do any longer.

Having missed the last two AGMs really looking forward to it in September, all being well, I think there will be a lot of information for us to take home and a better understanding of where we are is always good, not to even mention with meeting up with a few good friends and many others who we haven"t met too. Hoping that Martin Diggle has a few words to say, and yes looking forward to seeing CH again too, with the timelines as they have been it couldn"t have been easy for him either, but Scancell is a tight family now 24 employees, I am sure we all appreciate their work in getting us to where we are now.

So we have clawed back the 6% fall we saw on Monday, we ended down after openiny 6/7p despite on the day there was 3 v 1 buys to sells and that whopping 500k buy too.

Having just read back the BB today a question for Bermuda and Inanaco (and anybody else) why are Scancell running this SCIB1 Combo trial, given some of the comments I have read today?? Pretty sure some of the answers are here already, but given the 25 patients, and the 14% complete responses, where do we go from here given the SCIB1+?

Not much need to promote Bermudas credentials here (against others, being the point) I was very lucky to be in contact with him for a few years, he shared so many insights with me, which i am eternally grateful for. As for his honesty, no need to say any more, 100% is a given, and it is just tremendous to have him back here,

A great BB today, and Ivy I don"t think we need to bring up any divisions here. It is even better for me as I have refused to even look in on ADVFN due totally to some of the content there daily.

So I am not sure what you mean by some will attack you, there is nothing personal here at all, and I echo Draculas words and have said them myself many times what I really appreciate about Bermudas posts they are understandable to us all at whatever stage of researc we are at. That in itself is in no way detrimental to Inanaco. So it can only be beneficial to all of us to have boths opinions here, without petty arguments, I think we have all seen enough of that.

Just a feeling bermuda, but I don"t think it will be too long before Vulpes increase their stake in Scancell. They would have known about any commercial opportunities coming up, and in the absence of any would know there initial stake was just that. We could well have seen some of their investment collegues taking stakes the last few months too, nut yes I do believe we will not have to go placings or OOs for some time, saving on fees, and the eternal selling into any rises.

And as Vulpes said ""They are here for the long term"", an exciting period coming up now and with the increase in staffing levels and expenditure Scancell as they were a few months before Vulpes arrived very confident of where funding is coming from. We are particularly well placed to have available early data readings from both SCIB1 and MOD1 trials, all in the timing it looks in our favour. Thats me done, agaim=n!! Take care.

Nano delivery is just one area along with glycans that I culd with understanding better. Think that will be on the agenda for the AGM

Ray, thats the part...glycans that i want to hear more on, so yes i think it will feature and bermuda that is the last point i was making about the Delivery Sytem, in seemed to contradict the ansewr to the first question.
